How about Mitt the Panderer or McCain the Panderer or Huckabee the Panderer. It seems this station only slams the democratic candidates and rarely the Republicans.
Come on, it’s the season for politics. If you’re not pandering, You Ain’t Trying. In this state, they push for the hispanic vote, because that’s what’s popular and is getting them the most amount of free press if you’re democratic. If you’re republican, it’s pandering to the older, more conservative, and retired military voters because they are trying not to lose their core base vote. Don’t believe for one moment that the Republican Party won’t be looking for Photo Ops & speaking chances with the Hispanic community. It’s just not covered as much now as campaigning with their core base. Whether that is because of their campaign managers or the local media coverage, for the republican candidates, shorring up their core is more important, at this time. After the convention, whoever the nominee is, you better believe they will be mugging and pandering just as much as anyone else.
