Fritz Wenzel from Zogby gives us the latest poll numbers and ABC’s George Stephanopoulos joins Ankarlo to talk the vote. Ankarlo also talks with Rep. Rick Murphy about the English Language Learners program. A group of school administrators said yesterday the program is going to cost $300 million more this year than it did last year. Rep. Murphy doesn’t think those numbers are accurate.
