Tampa Bound

Here’s what happened Tuesday on Doug and Wolf:

* The enormity of this game is just now hitting the guys

* Wolf is feeling little envious of the opportunity that the current Cardinal players have.

* Both Doug and Wolf think the Cardinals are going to the Super Bowl.

* News 12 news anchor turns into investigative reporter on Doug this morning.

Guests:

Herb Sendek, ASU Basketball Coach: Herb is a Steeler fan and would love to have the Steelers and Cardinals in the Super Bowl.  We also previewed this big road trip in LA.

Paul’s Call: Paul Calvisi takes his sports seriously, without taking himself too seriously. Your daily dose of irreverence, angst, and stupification.

Doug & Wolf Overtime

Now that University of Phoenix Stadium is SOLD OUT.

We need to lobby to put the game on the Biggest HD screen in Arizona.
Lets have the game on a 136-feet-by-46-feet high definition LED screen.

Lets make CHASE FIELD the biggest sports bar in all the world.
Put the game on the Chase Field HD Screen
and have 20 to 30,000 fans together watching the game on the biggest HD screen in the Arizona.
Beers, Food and a Big Screen NFC Championship Game what more could you ask for.

Call Sony to put the screen in 3-D like the tests they did this year in the NFL.
Get the commissioner involved in to make this happen.

You are saying this is the biggest sports event in Phoenix and Arizona, let’s make it that way by setting up the biggest sports bar ever seen.

BTW It will all be a rehearsal to to the same thing for the Superbowl at BOTH University of Phoenix Stadium and Chase Field on SuperSunday, February 1, 2009
when our Birds migrate South to Raymond James Stadium to bring back the Lombardi Trophy.

    Now wouldn’t that be something……
