Here’s what happened Wednesday on Doug and Wolf:

* After the questionable calls made in last night’s Angels vs. Yankees game, should instant replay be implemented in the MLB?

* Doug and Wolf don’t think Cardinal’s Anquan Boldin’s injury will affect his ability to play in Sunday’s game. A minor right ankle injury means nothing for the Q.

* Rolling Stone magazine called Cleveland Browns coach, Eric Mangini, Augustus Gloop, the fictional fat little boy in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. You know you have hit rock bottom when a music magazine is calling you out.

* The Bears have extended quarterback Jay Cutler’s contract by two years, through the 2013 season, with a reported $30 million in new money. Is it too soon to extend Cutler’s contract?

* The Arizona Cardinals’ offense was nearly perfect in the first half with 18 first downs and a 21-0 lead. Matt Schaub rallied to tie the game, but in the end the Cardinals won 28-21. Are the Cardinals mentally tough?

*MLB Playoffs: Angels, Yankees, and Dodgers all sweep in their series, but the Phillies and Rockies play on.

*The Bengals Defensive Coordinator, Mike Zimmer, tragically loses his wife after she is killed. The Bengals made an amazing comeback against the Ravens even with this devastating news.

*Broncos come back against the Patriots in the final minutes to win 20-17. Are the Broncos are the best team in the AFC?
