		<description>I have a neice who was murdered and several of us in the family believe that a person on the other side of her family is/was responsible for it.

Because of my suspicion, I called the sheriffs department and told them what I had seen and heard.  They were quite interested at the time.

Unfortunately, the case still is unsolved but the last I heard the sheriff's office is still interested in that family member but until the murderer shows their hand there is nothing they can do.
 
So as for your question as to if I could turn A FAMILY MEMBER in, YOU BET I CAN.</description>
