Should GM and Chrysler enter bankruptcy and re-organize?

We’ve all got a story about something we did as a kid that was stupid.  A 15 year old in Queen Creek got a bunch of kids burned when chlorine he brought to school blew up.  What dumb stuff have you done as a kid?  Joe’s certainly done his share of dumb stuff.
