I work for fry’s (23 years) the problem is not paying a co pay for health care, the problem is the company only wants to give us a 25cent/hour raise ($10 a week gross for a full time employee ) then they ask us to pay $15 for insurance easy math we are short $5 a week.
we have only had a 25cent raise in the last 8 years.
I have been with frys for 23 years. during that time frame my wages have only increased $4.35 or .18cents a year. Not even close to inflation, while the salaried managers and corporate executives are getting yearly raises and/ or stock options. all we want is a fair raise to help us pay our bills
