The attacks on Fort Hood were awful. But, when everything looks dark there always is a shining light. At Fort Hood that light came in the name of Sgt. Kimberly Munley. She shot Nadil Hasan stopping him from killing even more. Munley herself was shot three times. She fills the definition of a hero. Her former partner from the Wrightsville Beach, N.C. police deparment, Shaun Appler joined Ankarlo today. You can listen to the interview below.
Fort Hood attacks.
It was a horror scene last Thursday as 13 U.S. soldiers were killed and another 30 plus were wounded. They were shot by a Muslim U.S. Soldier and some are condemning all Muslims. Ankarlo says he has questions about the Islamic faith just like you, but many are taking it too far.
