Set up a quasi-governmental organization between USA and Mexico. Any imigrant from Mexico would be required to be employed by this organization. All employers would pay this organization the total compensation. This organization would be the employer. Taxes would be withheld by this new organization. In addition, 5% of the wages would be withheld to cover healthcare for all immigrants. Allow 3-5 year work permits. Cannot bring family to USA. At end of permit they must return to their country and allow another person to come here to work and get training.

I would not pass a new bill at all but strongly enforce the current laws and protect our borders. I would give those here in this country 60 days to leave and start the process over like every other immigrant who has been trying to do it legally. After that period if you are caught you will never be able to enter this country again. I would impose a fine on any establishment i.e. business or housing complex who hires or rents to an illegal. Our American lives depend on it.

I think that if we secure the border we need to build a fence. The prison’s in this country have electrified fences with razor wire on them, I truly think that is what needs to be on the border. As for the folks here already, if Sheriff Joe can find them why can’t anyone else? I think they ought to be found and then they should be deported, fined and then they can come back and APPLY for citizenship like others have.

I also think that we need to ALLOW our border patrol and now the National Guard to actually do their job and NOT ALLOW them into the country. This is enforced I believe at our Northern Borders why is not enforeced in our Southern Border? The guards (both NG and BP) should be able to fire over the illegals head and order them to stop, and then they should be picked up , given something to drink and transported to the border and detained in Mexico (or any other place) by that goverments authority and then they should be sent back to their homeland.

I think that everyone that is here illegally should return or be returned to their country of origin. All the “experts” say this is impossible, so, plan B. Since the powers that be (not We the People by the way) will “fix it” to where they can stay, take that number, lets say 12 mil (conservative) (probably closer to 20 mil) and divide it by the number of allowable legal immigrants per year, that should equal approximately 30 years. Suspend all immigration for that 30 years until we balance back out. If any legal immigration is allowed to occur during that 30 years, that same number of previously illegal aliens will have to be deported to maintain the balance. Plan B is contingent on the borders being closed prior to initiation, naturally! But since nothing like plan B or, even better, much more sensible actions will ever be taken, I think I will see the end of the United States of America happen in my lifetime (I am 58). It was such a beautiful dream, such a tragedy to end this way!!
Instead of giving amnesty to those who have broken the law - reach out to those who haven’t - or at least to those who are in Mexico at the onset. Offer them the ability to live & work in the U.S. for a specific period of time giving them some kind of non-reproducible green card (maybe a computer chip under the skin) Announce that we will be allowing x million people in each year - reviewing the applicant need annually and adjusting accordingly. Make their entry fee affordable - maybe even allow time payments. Levy heavy sanctions or fines on those employers that are hiring illegals so that they will only hire those who are documented. Strictly enforce this. Suggest those wanting to work in the U.S. should go back to Mexico so that they will be able to take advantage of this oppertunity. I imagine familes sending their working members back to Mexico while they wait in the U.S. for them to come back legally. I believe this way we won’t have a sudden influx of people anticipating amnisty - rather a sudden evacuation of people wanting the oppertunity to work here without fear.

It is simple… Like Fred Thompson said “SECURE THE BORDER AND Enforce the laws we already have on the books and then go from there” . The person(s) that do this will be a hero. Change the amendment that gives citizenship to EVERYONE born here. We cannot support an unlimited number of people. It must stop somewhere. Water is going to be more valuable than fuel the way this country is going.

Number one is enforce the borders! Second, for people who are here now,
within a time period (one year example) they apply for a green card, or national id card, or they are deported, without the ID. Third, after that same time period (one year example) any employer who employs a person w/o the ID card is heavily fined, $100,000 per employee. Fourth; the current illegals, do not get put in front of anyone who is in line for citizenship. Revise the citizenship time period, and the monitary requirements. But also, allow the same requirements reduction, to benefite anyone who is in the process, for citizenship now. Fifth; anyone with a criminal background from their home country, or they comment a crime in the US, are deported, period. Lastly, issue work only ID cards (good for only one or two years, with only one renewal)for those who do not want citizenship, but also penalize, employers who hire those without the work ID card, and enforce the law!!!
I don’t really believe that any immigration “bill” will solve the problem. The problem begins with securing the border. Period. Then and only then should we work on the folks already in the country.
We used to love it here, but my family is leaving. Since nothing can apparently be done to stop the obvious out of control crime in Phoenix, our family has seen enough. I feel sorry for the police. They have no control, but it’s not really their fault. I would be willing to fight with them, but then I would be arrested. As the neighborhood homeowners meetings report more and more break ins, theft, and threats, it is now very clear. Phoenix no longer belongs to the people who have a right to live here. Goodbye Phoenix. Good luck to you.

Build the “FENCE”. Stop these out of control, illegal actions. They are not immigrants. My forefathers at least came here legally, I’m third generation.
Kick out anyone who is not legally here.
Allow our enforcement officers to shoot back when shot at.

I believe the problem starts with Mexico and its border policy or not having a policy. Are there UN laws that Mexico is breaking by allowing their people to just cross the border illegally (invasion laws)? Mexico needs to be held responsible, but you never hear about holding them accountable. Anyway, enforce our laws we have now and fine the employers for hiring illegals. Aren’t the employers also breaking the law? Also persecute all illigal criminals for breaking our laws. We don’t get away with breaking our laws. Why do they? That just gives them the idea that we are a lawless country and anything goes. Also the parents should have to be here legally before the children can be legal.

1. Enforce the law
2. Build a virtual/actual fence
3. All persons in law enforcement check immigration status
4. Trespassing on US soil is a forever-allegeable felony, which will prevent a person from ever getting legal status
5. Post a border guard in every hospital in the U.S. - you can get your tax-payer paid emergency treatment as required by law, but you can’t stay here illegally
6. Stop the misreading of the Constitution - illegal immigrants can’t give birth to a U.S. citizen
7. Deport all illegal and legal immigrants that commit any crime (right now, many are not deported despite many misdemeanors and even if they have a felony)
8. No welfare for any illegal or legal immigrants
9. English the official language of the United States

We need a one year moritorium on the border. Nobody in, nobody out unless its (e)commerce related. Enact Grandfather clause to all immigrants of all walks that have resided in the United States for more than 25 and one day /years an automatic stay of relief of all immigration laws and are now free and legal citizens of the United States (with the proper registration no U.S. citizen sponsorship). Tier structure with U.S. Citizenship sponship (friend/relative/spouse/sibling from 24-20 years. 19-15 years, 14-10 years, 9-5 years, and 4-1 years. 4-1 years must return home if cannot prove 1 years of (steady employment). Istall 30 stay across border 4-1years *note legal stipulations apply to all immigrants 15-1 years. Do employment survey both internal and external to brainstorm what companies to create in Mexico to stop the flow and then provide same dollar amount economic value at the border (same pay initiatives). All U.S. Companies get 1 year moritorium and legal stay of any prosecution under current immigration law. All companies have 1 year to re-register employees whom come clean under a 1 year moritorium blanket stay i.e, new ssn# new emplyment I9 now paying into proper federal systems (fica/federal taxes no slush fund). — I could go on… Homeland Security Immigration Act 2008 - Its finished its been submitted, its reality vs Amnesty because Amnesty is Reality. “Let it Go America”

ALL ILLEGALS MUST BE SENT BACK TO THEIR COUNTRY, AND GO THROUGH THE SAME PROCESS ALL IMMIGRANTS GO THROUGH. THAT’S ONLY FAIR…AND JUST….AND LEGAL….NO IFS, ANDS OR BUTS. THEY MUST ADHERE TO THIS COUNTRY’S LAWS..SIMPLE - NO EXCUSES. IF YOU CAN GATHER A VOLUNTARY TASK FORCE TO ENFORCE THIS, AND GO DOOR TO DOOR, STOP VEHICLES, ETC. (THERE ARE PLENTY OF AMERICANS THAT WOULD VOLUNTEER FOR THIS SERVICE - AND IT WOULD WORK). MAYBE 1-2 POLICE OFFICERS TO LEAD A GROUP, AND ASK FOR A GREEN CARD, IF THERE IS NONE, HAVE A BUS WAITING. THOSE WHO SEE THE BUS AND KNOW, WILL FLEE….SEND THEM BACK ON THE NEXT BUS. THEY MUST ONLY BE ALLOWED TO BE HERE LEGALLY. ALL BACKGROUND CHECKS MUST BE DONE - WE KNOW A LOT OF THEM ARE CRIMINALS - THIS HAS TO STOP. THERE SHOULD BE NO AMNESTY….
ALSO, AMERICANS HAVE TO STOP HIRING THESE PEOPLE. THAT’S WHY THEY COME HERE….5.00 A HOUR IS ENOUGH TO KEEP THEM GOING….THEY MUST NOT BE HIRED AND ANYONE (BUSINESS OR INDIVIDUAL) WHO DOES HIRE THEM MUST BE PROSECUTED. THEY ARE ADDING TO THE PROBLEM…NOT SOLVING IT.

Annex Mexico. Perferrably by supporting grass roots reform internally. We would have to force some of the wealthy and government officials who have been oppressing the population to leave and or redistribute their wealth and property. Start out by making Mexicao a territory and eventially move individual Mexican states into the country as they set up their local state governments based on our constitution with all of the same rules the rest of us have. This would also make a much smaller land bridge to control than our present border. Perhaps we can get Canada to join us as well! After all that seems to be what some want anyway. A replica of the EU in North America. And who cares if we go bi-lingual, almost everything comes in Spanish as well as English now anyway. I draw the line at including French though. No French speaking please.
50 words is not enough! A green card must be held for at least five years prior to citizenship. Green card applicant must either have family legally in US or be married to a US citizen who can support them if necessary, or have legally acquired work prior to entry, they must pass medical checks, prove they will not be a financial burden on the country, have no criminal record, pay taxes and be domiciled in the USA. After five years language and civics tests can be taken and, if passed, citizenship is granted. If remaining on a green card, re-registration is required every ten years and notification of change of name or address must be made. Pretty much what I had to do when I emigrated. Arrests for felonies automatically lead to deportation after sentence. Illegal entry - home you go!

My 50 words to Congress for immigration reform: Fund the existing immigration & border-security laws that were enacted by Congress in 1986 but never enforced because they were never funded. 3. Treat illegal like we have been treating our own. Meaning, we leave people out in the summer heat to die, not in the desert but in our very own cities.
4. Stronger penalties for hiring illegals.
5. Babies born to illegals should remain illegal not automatic U.S. citizens.
6. No instate tuition!
7. take over Mexico!
7. No bond for illegals!

make it illegal for any non-us citizen to every get a valid green card/citizenship if they are convicted or known to be a sex offender, and/or any sex related crime towards a child. set up a backwards order of processing residency paperwork; eg if you are here as of 1/2007 then you go the the back of the line behind others who have filed the proper way. if you have been here over ten years then pay prove that you have paid taxes under any ss number, then put them in front of the others who have been here recently.

Close the border! Build an impenetrable fence! Construct tent cities to process, fingerprint and retain illegals if needed and then send them home forever! Stop citizenship for babies born on U.S. soil by illegal aliens. Life imprisonment in tent cities for coyotes involved in human smuggling. Enforce penalities on businessess that employ illegals. Create forge-proof national ID cards for all legal U.S. citizens. No tuition or social services for illegals. Never let an illegal go on his/her own recognizance. Put them in tent cities! The new “Immigration Reform Bill” that you are backing is an attack on our nation’s sovereignty and is a dishonor to our people. As a sovereign nation, we have laws that make traveling into our country without permission illegal. The “Bill” that you continue to champion does not represent your constituency in this state or the country. Please remember the oath that you took as a United States Navel Officer to protect and defend this country from enemy’s foreign and domestic, and your pledge as a United States Senator to adhere to this Country’s Laws under the Constitution. Your current stance is in direct conflict with these oaths you swore to uphold.
Please reject this current “Immigration Reform Bill” and propose a new bill with these basic components:
1. Close and secure the Southern Border with a hardened uninterrupted fence supplemented by technological surveillance.
2. All illegal aliens in this country must be documented, finger printed and issued temporary guest worker cards to gain any type of employment.
3. Any person/company found hiring illegal aliens without documentation will be imprisoned and fined.
4. Additional taxes will be issued to these temporary workers to compensate costs inflicted on our healthcare facilities.
5. No guest workers will collect social security, disability, unemployment or federal health care.
6. Illegal aliens without federal documentation, found in this country within one year of Bills establishment will be held in work camps. These camps will be comprised of a “Tent Prison” system where they will work on federal jobs to compensate the cost of the camp.
7. To become a citizen you must remain documented for a period of 10 years. During this time you must be employed, be clear of any criminal activity, and speak and write English. (This will add people to this country that are educated and have a strong desire to be an American)
8. Any criminal activity will result in imprisonment and/or deportation.
Senator, please hear the people you were elected to serve and adhere to our nations laws. If you continue to deviate from “The Peoples Will” you will alienate yourself from the voters in the 2008 election season and from your faithful Arizona Republicans. Please be the leader and patriot you have been in the past and lead this country the way you were intended to. Our nation’s future depends on your actions now!
Ankarlo,
We should
Build a fence, enforce the existing laws, deport anyone we catch, put a guest worker program in place where it originates in the persons country of origin.
We should pass a bill that states America will not grant Amnesty to any illegal alien forever.
Thank you for your work

Want citizenship? Must be able to speak, read and write in clear English. Must be fingerprinted, photographed and pass a thorough background check no matter how long it takes and have a spotless record. Must serve in the U.S. military for a minimum of three years prior to legal status or do community service. Must pay back taxes. You want it bad enough, work for it and pay for it. One strike and you’re out - commit a crime and Adios! No voting status prior to fulfilling above commitments and waiting five years. No waving foreign flags. You want to be an American, act like one! No free ride. You want education, medical care, social security benefits - work for it and pay for it. Money made in the U.S. stays in the U.S. Don’t like it? Go home!

I think that any illegal needs to do an automatic military sentence to 3 tours of duty in Iraq or Afganastan. I also think that they should be REQUIRED to speak English. We do not need to make it easy for anyone coming to this country. It is a PRIVILIDGE to be an AMERICAN not a RIGHT for outsiders. FREEDOM (for anything) is not free it does cost alot. No seperation of the language. If you go to another country you are required to know that language or have an interputer. No ONE and I don’t care where you come from should be given a free pass. Allow our local police, border and national guard to secure our country.
Secure our border now. Money has been allocated. Get busy. I do not want to see a mushroom cloud appearing in our skys.
Children born in U.S. by illegals do not become immediate U.S. citizens.
Post security at our hospitals, schools, government facilities etc… to check for legal status.
Utilize our manpower in prisons to preform those jobs that supposedly we Americans will not do. Have farmers pay a decent wage. Portion will pay for guards, put a little in the inmates private savings account for when they are released.
Our politicans need to understand that its not what they want. It’s what we want in the way of policy. They need to start listening or we need to fire them. Wake up Americans things are not going well in our great country.

For years we have heard how the Social Security System will go broke in a few years. Well guess what. Here goes the baby and the water, all together. All of a sudden, millions of new social security cards go out and millions of “disabled workers” start applying for benefits as a legal american citizen. The system goes down the tubes even sooner than ever thought. They payed very little in, if anything, and get what want just because they are part of the amnesty being offered.
Social Security numbers should not be given until ANYONE is a full blown citizen and start paying into the sysstem like everyone else that are part of the system. The Social Security System will go broke even sooner with all of these illegals. The illegals just drewel at the thought of income the rest of their lives.
Well, when the time comes for that social security income, having payed in a little, but worked mostly mostly for under the table pay, they will receive the minimum income. But, that minimum times millions, will be terrible.
Forget this bill, enforce the borders and deal with those here. Enforce the 1986 law nd then start a process still to be determined.

It is very necessary to stop the influx by sealing the border with fences and the technology that is available. Stop any and ALL immigration from all countries until this mess is sorted out. Give law enforcement the tools and or bullets necessary to stop the migration north. By doing this, the word will get back down south and they will think twice before coming across the border.
As for the ones already here, apply for citizenship like everyone else has done and they must account for their time here for the length of time that they have been here. As illegals are picked up for traffic citations, etc., they will be put on the bus back.

Things I would like to see in the immigration reform bill:
1. Serve in the military or a public works project for three years minimum. Eligable (or considered) for citizenship only after completing these requirements.
2. Work for the federal minimum wage if placed on public works projects.
3. Exported to country of origin if refuse to comply or do not complete requirements of number 1. above.
4. Subject to all taxes (i.e. federal, state, fica, etc). No one works for “under-the-table” wages.
5. Must speak English at all work sites.
6. Steep fines for businesses hiring illegals regardless of the size of the employers work force.
7. Complete background checks for anyone seeking citizenship.
8. No citizenship granted to those with criminal records, those associated with gangs, or certain political or terrorist groups
9. Nothing given free (i.e. credit cards, social security cards, driver’s license, etc) until three years of service, background checks, etc. have been completed.
10. Children born in the U.S. do not automatically make the parents citizens.
11. No in-state tuition allowed for illegals until they have completed all requirements of citizenship for federal and state.
12. No voting privilages until all citizenship requirements have been met.

People need to adhere to our laws and understand our values. If they want to enter our country fine, but do it legally and not soak up our resources, ER rooms etc. when we have a family member there for stroke and they have to wait because there are not enough beds to the illegals there with colds, or drug overdoses,e tc. I also think some of the illegals seem to have an attitude problem, e.g., they are above the law and should be treated like they are special. In summary, if they can not follow our laws, send them back at their expense.

Darryl, all immigration from Mexico should be halted until the Mexican govt works to solve the border problem. Everyone here undocumented should be give 6 months to identify themselves. They should also be told that they have no chance of citizenship unless they leave and return thru a new established process once the borders are secured. Anyone caught after 6 months that has not identified themselves should be sent packing, i.e. delivered across the border. I would also like the Constitution changed. Anyone born here to illegal parents would not receive automatic citizenship. The expense of delivering illegal children should be billed to the corrupt Mexican govt to be repaid in barrels of oil. I will be looking to sign the recall petitions for Kyl and McCain as soon as I hear they are available. Thank you.

The one thing I’d like to see, as a requirement for citizenship, would be that the applicant demonstrate a basic proficientness in the English language. I realize that this is a lost battle (I knew it was lost years ago when McDonalds began posting their menu in both English and Spanish; by-the-way … how about a menu in German or Swedish for those of us who want to retain something of our heritage as well). Such a requirement would not only be beneficial for the nation at large, it would also help the prospective new citizen as well.
P.S. Obviously McDonalds (and other Business’) is not providing multi-language menus just because their trying to be nice or helpfull. They recognize the business opportunity, and their actions are profit driven. It’s a sad comment on our society that we are more interested in making money than we are in doing what is right. If you’re ever a little puzzeled about how politics works, just follow the money trail, and things will become much clearer.

I have always lived close to the border; first in San Diego and now in Phoenix. I do not understand how “We The People” keep electing individuals who seem incapable of reading, comprehending, and applying our CURRENT laws. However, because of our elected officials, we have brought this on ourselves. Why have we allowed our classrooms to be taught in Spanish? Why are so many of our products, services, etc. printed in Spanish and English? I have a question for everyone, why do we give MVD test in Spanish? If you can’t read English, you shouldn’t get a drivers license…..SIMPLE. Why do illegals have MORE rights than citizens?
Now we get to act surprised that another “amnesty-style” bill is being argued. How sad that we have done this to ourselves!!

OK, I think all of this HO HA! about how to detour this mass illegal immigration
has become way too complicated(by design)
1.If you are caught in, or entering this country illegally you will be fingerprinted photo I.D.ed and placed into a national registry of aliens that have forfeited their PRIVILEGE of EVER becoming an American citizen.
2.If you are caught in, or entering this country illegally you will be fined
HEAVILY, and imprisoned until such fine has been paid. If unable to pay then you must serve the time in a work camp to serve a prescribed length of time to satisfy the outstanding fine.(building roads, border fences, etc.)
3.We MUST stop ALL employers from hiring illegals. Heavy fines, loss of business licenses, imprisonment.
You can NOT expect America to welcome you as a citizen if the very first thing you do is break our laws. America has always opened her arms to ALL immigrants since day 1, but it has become much more complicated and lengthy to legally become a citizen, only due to the oppression of other countries of their people, and the attacks on our nation.
If you TRULY want to become an American then WALK THE WALK, and TALK THE TALK!!!!

The current Bill under review by Congress is too complex to be properly interpreted and enforced. To be effective, immigration law must be clear, concise and easily understood by those that will be putting it into action. A proposed new bill should contain these basic components:
1.0) Provide for means of enforcement and funding of immigration law.
2.0) Revamp current immigration application process to allow special provisions for applicants of U.S. border countries. Work towards increasing the number of accepted applications for citizenship based upon what the current U.S. economy will bear.
2.1) Streamline the process so that an application can be accepted or denied within 6 months. If application is accepted, the person shall be given temporary resident status and allowed to work. Citizenship may be granted once an applicant in temporary status has met specific requirements (For example: Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English; pass exams that demonstrate knowledge of U.S customs and history; Pass a back ground check with no criminal convictions of any type).
2.2) A guest worker program for those that do not wish to pursue citizenship. Guest workers must pay local and federal taxes, but are exempt from Social Security and Welfare deductions, as Guest Workers are ineligible to receive these benefits. Guest Worker permits shall expire after a specified amount of time (2 years), and they are renewable only once.
2.3) There should be special provisions to allow willing qualified individuals to serve a tour of duty in the United States armed forces. Citizenship will be granted upon honorable discharge.
2.4) An applicant or individual found to already be within the United States will be permanently denied citizenship, a work permit and deported to their country of origin. We must not reward those that have chosen to disregard our current laws.
3.0) Trespassing on U.S. soil by a foreign national is a felony, and will prevent a person from ever gaining U.S. citizenship or a work permit.
4.0) Any person/company found hiring immigrants without legal documentation will be imprisoned and fined by a significant amount.
5.0) The birth of a child by a person in the United States illegally will not automatically grant citizenship to that child.
6.0) Guest workers will not be able to collect social security, disability, unemployment or federal health care for time spent working in the U.S.
7.0) No person currently in the country illegally will be allowed access to government services (Unemployment, Welfare, Food Stamps, Disability, etc.).
8.0) All law enforcement personnel must check immigration status and detain suspected illegals until Border Patrol can take custody.
9.0) English should be made the official language of the United States
I’m sure there are more items that should be included, but I believe these initial steps would build a strong foundation for us to build upon.

SECURE THE BORDERS! Then, a little compasion for the Mexicans who risked much for a chance for a better life in America. (plus we can use those workers) I am NOT suggesting amnesty, maybe just a “don’t ask don’t tell” policy if they are not causing any problems. THROW OUT THE ONES WHO CAUSE ANY TROUBLE. Not grant citizenship to those just because they were born here. Expect everyone to learn English! I’m sure this is not the total solution, but I believe it is a pretty good start.
One of the Roosevelts said it best in a speech but I can not find it, esentially if you imagrate here you do it legally, you learn the language etc.
My two cents is that we do not grant amnesty, we give preference to families whose children have been born here.
Each person no matter what country they came from would be required to return home and complete a process for entry like it is supposed to be done, or a new one. Each applicant pays all costs we incur to have the necesary background checks etc.
A guest worker program is a great idea if they workers we allow are qualified, (verifiable) for open jobs. Two there would have to be a time limit they could stay but that time period be long enough to allow them to meet the requirments for U.S. Citizenship. (hard to do for seasonal laborers, maybe give them 4 or 5 seasons to complete) Each worker has a SS # and pays taxes, etc.
Because we are such a great nation and because we have so many wanting to live here, we need to make it a far more difficult challenge to become a citizen, we must not forget for those not born here it is a privilege to be here! (And at the same time for those born here we can export them elesewhere when they do not show the gratitude they should!)
Borders need to be closed, security tighened, rules made more stringent, take all those here illegally off assistance programs, etc. Not many are opposed to anyone imigrating here if they do it the right way, and then they demonstrate that they should be giving citizenship, etc.
I am all for helping others and all of that, but we can not help everyone, it is breaking us. We can however have a system that is as fair as possible, that allows them to EARN citizenship, EARN what I have had to EARN for the past 60 years! I know I was born here, but I have paid for the priviledge in taxes, in military service, in being a member of a charity, and in commuity service work, and I have never broken the law.
In other words I am average! But I am no longer in the majority if we as a nation continue to allow others from anywhere to walk right in, sit right down and collect and abuse what we have as individuals and a nation worked so hard to develop!
WE NEED TO PRESERVE OUR HERITAGE, OUR WAY OF LIFE AND OUR COUNTRY! IF ANYONE FROM ANYWHERE WANTS TO BE A PART OF THIS, COME ON OVER AS LONG AS YOU CAN PROVE YOUR HERE TO BE A CONTIRBUTOR AND NOT A DETRACTOR AND YOUR WILLING TO WORK AS HARD AS MOST OF US HAVE, AND ARE WILLING TO LEARN OUR WAYS AND NOT FLY YOUR FLAGS IN PROTEST ON OUR SOIL, AND YOU ARE WILLING TO EARN THOSE RIGHTS AND PRESERVE THEM FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS THEN BY ALL MEANS, APPLY…PROVE YOURSELF….AND YOU WILL BE WELCOME TO SHARE!

First of all we need an unduplicatable ID card. Without that card, no one can apply for ACCESS, without that card, no child can be enrolled in school - grade school through college. No health care can be obtained(if we were in Mexico, we wouldn’t get care until we PAY) without that card no one can apply for Social Security (SS is almost bankrupt, lets not push it along). We need to change the law permitting children born of Illegal parents automatic citizenship. If we do these things, and allow a guestworker program only if a job is promised and only for designated time, no fence need be built and very little border patrol. They will go home, all 20 to 25 million of them.

First, we stop giving non-citizens the benifits of being a citizen such as free healthcare, walfare, and social security. Next we open offices along the borders that will allow people to come into the U.S. legally after going through a “DMV” type line were we photograph, fingerprint, DNA sample, and dental xray them into a shared national database for a reasonable fee that would pay for the employees, buildings, creating the database, etc. Once the immigrate passes through the line they will get a 5 yr. working ID card that will enable them to work in the U.S. but will not give them the benifits of being a citizen. Their paychecks will be taxed at the same rate as everyone else. After 2 years the immigrate can then apply and pay the legal fees to become a citizen. The only way to get the ID card is to come from outside the country into the U.S. this will encourage those already here to leave and come back in legally. Doing these steps will allow us to provide a safe and reasonalbe way for those wanting to become a citizen or just work here a way without encouraging them to do it illegally. Now that we can provide that we can work on the next part of the problem. All businesses can gain access to the nation database to verify the legal status of all employees. Any business failing to comply will pay a heavy fine on the first offense, second offense shut down for up to 1 year, and third offense is jail time. Now a lot of people will ask how to pay for all this. Use the tax money you are collecting from those coming through the borders legally, and the money saved now by not giving it to those who are not citizens, and it should pay for the extra jails, extra personell, etc. and probably still have extra for the other citizens.

THIS IS FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE A CITIZEN
I’m all for learning a different language; however, I do believe that everyone should know how to speak English.
If you want to be a citizen you should take a class on the history of the United States, even though every other countries history is here.
If you want to be a citizen you should take a lie detector test or hypnosis. This will allow us to see why you are really here. Are you here to harm the country or harm someone? Everyone should also have a background check to make sure their isn’t a warrant for them in another country, etc.
If you want to be a citizen you CAN NOT be on any state assistance for so many years to show that you are stable and not trying to just live off of the citizens that pay taxes. You need to pay taxes too. No offense but I am a single, black mother of two kids and receive no state assistance, I don’t feel like supporting everyone body who just wants a free ride.
I understand needing help, but wow!
If you want to be a citizen and you commit a serious offense such as murder or rape you should either receive the maximum punishment or be banned from the country.
For those who are already here illegally and are sexual preditors need to be castraded and kicked out the country!!!

The first step in getting the illegal aliens under control is to hold the employers accountable for hiring them. The employers must be heavily fined for hiring illegal aliens with absolutely no loopholes in the law. This alone would take care of most of the aliens. If they can’t work, they will go home. Second, we need more border patrol with the authority to carry weapons and use them.
There will be no backing for my ideas because President Bush wants a socialist country. There will eventually be no middle class because we can’t support all of the illegals. I predict there will be a civil war because the citizens will get tired of working to support illegals with no skills who don’t believe in birth control. Our country will be totally overrun with people who will not assimilate and don’t even love our country. They are loyal to Mexico! We have to stop worrying about being called racists and hold a huge, huge, huge march!

You know what, this pisses me off big time!!! I am 27 years old, born and raised in ASIA. I came to this country when i was 14, LEGALLY. I waited almost 10 years just to get here. I went through the whole entire process such as dealing with a lot of paperwork, paid proccessing fees, medical examination, and a plane ticket. When i got here in the U.S. i waited 5 more years to be eligable to file for citizenship, and another year for the proccessing and of course that invloves more fees which i dont mind paying at all because in the end everything that i waited, and worked hard for will pay off. I am very proud to be an American citizen, and greatfull for what this country did to me, but it upsets me that our U.S. politicians will grant these illegal aliens citizenship, and all the benefits that come along with it. Any foreigner that wants to come and live in this country must fall in line just like the rest of us that came here legally. We already have enough problems on gangs, drugs, babies having babies, crimes in general, and the list goes on. All of these will just get worse if this immigration reform bill passes. I know what its like to live in a third world country, and trust me my fellow Americans, you dont want to know, that is why i came here to live in the U.S.. Opening our borders is just like opening the gates of hell that will lead to this country’s downfall, but there is still time left to prevent this from happening. These illegal aliens will suck this country dry, and the people who cares for this country will be the ones that will end up suffering. This country is so great, and i hate to see it go down. Forget about calling these Senators over the phone because they wont answer, if you want to be heard protest, march to the streets, go to the nations capitol, do whatever it takes to be heard. this is our counrty, and we must protect it at all cost to have a better future. #8 Remember the names of the legislators should this bill pass and when they come up for re-election do not vote for them.

Darrel,
We need to do the following:
1. No more anchor babies!!!! Born to illegal, babies are illegal.
2. Criminally prosecute employers who hire illegals. From “daily labor” employers to corporations! Prosecute ALL!
3. Build the fence!!!!!
4. Charge the Goverments of the illegals the cost of education, health/medical, and prison/jailing of their people! Plus a “service” charge for having to deal with it all.
5. Prosecute on all levels of goverment the illegals for all crimes committed. i.e identy theft, fraud-tax and wire, trafficing offenses etc.
6. Build “tent city”type of prisons/detention centers in the HOT deserts to hold the illegals. Then send them there! First time caught- 6 months time. 2nd time - a year, 3rd time-2 years, fourth time- 4 years etc. After time served, deport! Life emprisonment for all smugglers and “coyotes”!
7. Then last of all after all the others have been implaced; form a Agricultural/ Janitorial worker program to import those who truely want to do the work “that Americans wont do.” Not for the skilled jobs they are now taking away from Americans.

I think that the U.S. government needs to be more harder on all ilegals here in AZ. I read some of these comments and they are all
good ideas. If only the Government would pickup on these ideas. They need to follow up on all workers and give them a work card and keeping track on them and their activeties, they are so many crimnals that live here. They are killing our budget on welfare and hospitals costs etc.etc…
They dont give a fat darn about about our government, as long as they get a check and more free extras, I work along with a lot of them and so many are illegals with false names and SS. #’s,. They all know someone that helps them get here to work.
They want to live here but dont want to pay for it. Why does’nt the government hire some informals to find these illegals in work comanpies, and report them to the Immg. (I would do it if they had a program like it,) ther’ve everywhere in the cities. Our government needs to do something very soon, or Az. will become Mexico very soon.

1. In order for a newborn to obtatin citizenship at least one parent must be a legal citizen.
2. All public aid must be stopped including: Education, Health Care, WIC, and Welfare. (If you shut down the rides at Disneyland you only have two options. Stay and spend your money at the gift shops, or go home and think about buying a ticket next time.)
I believe these two amendments would be the most effective way to force immigrants to follow our laws. I believe defending our border against possible terrorist threats should be a completely seperate bill.

First, put into place a computer clearing house for employers to confirm eligiblility of employability. If the Government says that this is too complicated to be done, how on earth do they think they’ll do ANYTHING they say they plan to do to assure their future immigration laws are kept? Such as it is, the IRS is able to do it. There is no excuse for this lack on the part of our Government except for their stubborn unwillingness to do something they personally are against in the first place.
Next, enforce our current laws and further strengthen them by making it a felony offence to break those laws, something along the lines of contempt of Congress. This would be punishable by $100K (from the employer) per illegal individual per offence. After 3 separate incidents of being caught employing illegals, the Owner / CEO of said company will get a year in the Federal Pen, mingling with the general population of such. If that same company continues to hire illegals the replacment or next-in-line down from CEO gets the same proverbial axe. The illegal individual, and his illegal family, will have their posessions confiscated (much like a drug dealer), and after processing with a Record that includes photos and DNA samples of all members of the family, they will immediately be deported, returning to their country with nothing more than the clothes on their backs. The take will be given to goodwill and any cash taken will be split among the many hospitals who are currently forced to render aid to illegals.

Just a thought - if U.S. citizens didn’t have to pony up so much of their income to pay for services and benefits used by illegals, our taxes would be lower, creating an instant “pay raise”. Also, employers would be able to offer higher wages if they were relieved of their tax burden (the part that sponsors illegal healthcare, welfare, education, etc.)
Regarding citizenship and anchor babies: The constitution of the United States does not grant citizenship at birth to just anyone who happens to be born within American borders. It is the allegiance (complete jurisdiction) of the child’s birth parents at the time of birth that determines the child’s citizenship–not geographical location. If the United States does not have complete jurisdiction, for example, to compel a child’s parents to Jury Duty–then the U.S. does not have the total, complete jurisdiction demanded by the Fourteenth Amendment to make their child a citizen of the United States by birth. How could it possibly be any other way?
The framers succeeded in their desire to remove all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. They also succeeded in making both their intent and construction clear for future generations of courts and government. Whether our government or courts will start to honor and uphold the supreme law of the land for which they are obligated to by oath, is another very disturbing matter.

The big excuss employers use for hiring Illegal Aliens is the lack of reliable verification of eligibility to work. Congress needs to provide a reliable verification system which should have been part of the 1986 law.
We need to stiffen the penalties and agressively enforce our current work law.
If Congress can prove they can & will enforce our current laws, then it will be time to look at other legislation. Until then No & H..L No to more unenforceable laws.

Second citizenship only be granted to babies born in the US with parents that are in this country legally.Last I would like to see a guest worker program but with no road to citizenship and if thier job goes away they must return home no welfare no SS . Anyone caught here illegally, should be deported immediately–their name then black-listed from being able to apply for citizenship for five years. If caught again, they should be sent to a prison on the border of Mexico, where they will have to spend 9 months building a wall along our border, without pay. Then deported again, NEVER to be allowed to come back and be a citizen. If this is commonly known, those that desperately want to be here will think twice about doing it illegally. Oh, and those applying for citizenship MUST be able to pass a test in which they speak english.

Unfortunately, the US needs to stop the hand-outs. It is hard to deny a child access to school or a sick or injured person medical care, but the solution has to start somewhere. If people need financial or medical help or apply for what we taxpayers fund and it is determined they are here illegally, they should be taken into custody. Sherrif Joe’s tent cities are what we need to detain illegals before they are deported. If it is not possible to deport them, make them join work details or provide useful labor in the prison system. Oh, and have them take English classes. If Sherrif Joe can turn around substance abusers, he can make sure illegals learn English. If we are stuck with them, let’s get some benefit! If after 5 years they have proven themselves as hard-working and they can speak/read English, then offer them the opportunity to get a green card. Then the citizenship process could continue from there. If a child is born in the US but the parents are here illegally, the whole family should be deported and the child not given citizenship. If that is not possble, send them to the tent cities.Thank goodness we are a country who believes in helping those who need our help - but our kindness is being abused and it has got to stop.

1. NO MORE ANCHOR BABIES!!! How can an “illegal” give birth to a U.S. citizen???
2. SHUT THE BORDERS NOW!!! NO MORE ENTRY BY ANYONE UNTIL WE GET THIS PROBLEM UNDER CONTROL!! If the Minutemen can build a fence, why can’t the U.S. government?
3. Treat lawbreaking companies that hire illegals the same way the IRS treats U.S. citizens who do not pay their taxes. Need I say more?
4. Create a national database that can be accessed by any agency anywhere in the country - this will also help identify terrorists or potential terrorists in America. SSNs should be able to be checked through this database to identify those committing identity theft.
5. Emergency healthcare only - that means you’ll die without it. You will be billed for the cost, so be ready to pay just like the rest of us. No more tying up our hospital ERs or forcing them to shut. This is OUR healthcare system and our ERs are not meant to treat common everyday illnesses!
6. ENGLISH IS THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE - PERIOD!!! No more translations of any kind. If you come here, you MUST learn the language! Shouldn’t those wanting to come here be required to do a little work???
7. NO EDUCATION benefits of any kind for any illegals - period! If you have the legal right to be here, then that is a different story.
8. NO BENEFITS to illegals - no welfare, no SS, no nothing - only life sustaining emergency care.
9. PUNISHMENT for anyone caught assisting illegals - prison terms, hefty fines. This includes religious establishments! Any non-profit found to be helping illegals will lose their non-profit status.
10. Law enforcement at every level should have the absolute right to check the legal status of anyone they wish and take steps to handle those they discover are illegal.
11. Develop tamper proof driver’s licenses and SS cards.
12. Do not allow anyone to get either if they cannot speak ENGLISH!
13. Must past English test in order to eventually become a citizen.
14. Any job that needs to be filled must be offered to American citizens first. Then and only then can a legal foreign worker be given the opportunity. No more trying to beat the system by offering slave wages or under the table wages.
15. No credit cards, loans, mortgages, etc. to anyone not in this country legally. No renting to anyone illegal either.
16. Foreigners coming to this country must attrition into OUR way of life! No more turning pockets of our country into little Mexicos or little Asias, etc. Become an American if you are here legally or go back home.
This is just a start…Tell Congress if they can’t round up these illegals and ship them home, then how in the heck did they expect to enforce that piece of crap they tried to ram down our throat this week? Who is going to make sure every illegal touches their home soil before returning to this country? Give me a break!
It’s actually quite simple - DO NOT MAKE IT EASY FOR ILLEGALS while they are here or the LAW BREAKING COMPANIES WHO HIRE THEM and THEY WILL GO HOME!!!! Why can Congress and the President not understand this? ENFORCEMENT ENFORCEMENT ENFORCEMENT!

Border Patrol agents have the orders to shot to kill. That would stop many after a few took a hit. We have to protect our USA cause if we don’t we are all going down. Look at what happened to hospitals, if any illegal comes turn them away. Why should the the citizens have to pay the price of losing what has been for us for decades. The first, most important issue is building the fence that was promised. This fence needs to be high tech to stop tunneling and climb overs using good equipment. Then, the current laws should be enforced. Legal immigration, using all possible safeguards, should be followed. Stop giving benefits to non-Americans. They should get the same amount we would be given if we were visiting in their country. Protect our country’s future!

I agree with all the points made by True American, and would add a few:
1) no in-state tuition for illegals.
2) Illegals should not be allowed to post bond when they are arrested. They are by nature a flight risk.
3) We should be deducting all legal (court and prison), medical and education expenses incurred by illegals from any foreign aid or other monies we provide to their countries of origination. That money should be used to reimburse state and local governments and agencies like hospitals who are now having to eat those costs.
4) We should interview all illegals captured to find out who is hiring them, and punish the employers to the full extent of the law.
5) No anchor babies. They are perverting the purpose of the 14th Ammendment and this should stop.

Aside from closing the border, we need to do something to eliminate the demand for illigal workers. If we take away the ability to get work, there won’t be an incentive for them to come.
Why can’t we propose an “undocumented worker tax? Anyone who hires, rents to or otherwise aids illegal immigrant must pay additianl taxes. One of two way to to enforce could be, the higher number of illegals an employer hires, the higher the tax. If that proposal wouldn’t work, try it in reverse. All businesses that hire manual laborers pay the tax unless they are able to provide proper, current documentatin for 100% of their employees. If we can’t enforce the law to keep them from hiring, at least we could recooperate some of the expense incurred from the drain on our health providers, education system and other “free” services

1.) Mandantory 3 year sentence in Federal Prison and $500,000 fine, per illegal alien, for any company owner or individual who hires an illegal alien. If company is publically traded this would include all Board Members, President, VP, CEO, etc. and the top 3 stock holders. The money collected from these fimes will help fund Item 2.
2.) A $200 reward in the form of cash, US savings bond or tax deduction to any citizen who turns in an illegal alien for deportation. The person receiving the incentive could choose the form of payment. This would help our welfare recipients becasue they could pull themselves up by being self empolyed as illegal alien hunters.
3.) Make it a federal law for all elected officials to disclose every and all of there investments and holdings as a requirement to be in office. Usually you can follow the money to find out why they vote the way they do. Hey, this may also help solve our high gas price issue!

BUILD THE FENCE, then:
1. Employers who hire illegals are fined AND mandatory time in tent city jails.
2. No citizenship to babies born to NON citizens and revoke all citizenship to anyone who has gotten citizenship by this means.
3. No free anything to non citizens - drivers licience/photo id’s provided by DMV can easily prove citizenship - a state database to confirm issueing of the ID will catch counterfit ID’s. If caught with a counterfit ID immediate arrest and TENT CITY.
4. Illegals are sent to holding in TENT CITIES and deported within 30 days and can NEVER come back EVER. BTW –it should be just fine to PROFILE by race — if you look Mexican then the police should be able to ask for your ID and go to factories and construction sites, farms etc to find illegals –After all if you are hunting bear you go to where the bears are !

I wholeheartedly agree with True American,Sibelius & John of Dallas. Legal immigration is the issue here. Enforcement of laws on the books would be a worthwhile start. The money has been allocated, so build the fence. There should not be any “free passes”. The drain on our social services is a serious issue for local and state governments and therefore taxpayers. Let’s talk about how Mexico treats people trying to sneak across their borders from the south.
*We must also give our border enforcers “teeth”. They need to have the right to arrest and detain illegals coming across the border. If threatened, they have the right to protect themselves.
*Those captured crossing the border illegally have no right to bond, but need to be sent back to Mexico. How about we bill Mexico for the legal processing and return to Mexico of these individuals.
*We need to enter either fingerprints or retinal scans for these detained illegals into a national data base. This would allow for future identification of anyone trying to once again illegally enter this country.
*Employers of illegals should be heavily penalized, thereby making it more costly than paying a living wage to legal residents of this country. This is not a question about people wanting or not wanting to work, but being able to make a wage that allows them to pay for child care, health benefits, food, shelter, etc.
People who cross our borders illegally are breaking the laws of the U.S., let’s stop talking about whether they are terrorists or should be given amnesty. Let’s enforce our laws and safe guard our borders. Right now, Fred Thompson has my vote.

We would like to see the following in the immigration Bill:
1. That the 700 feet of wall voted by congress be built in the next 6 to 8 months.
2. That each State be given additional law inforcement by the Federal Government to incarcerate the illegal criminals who have been criminally charged in each State but who have not returned for sentencing. That any illegals found in each State be deported and the Mexican Government be charged $5,000 for each illegal found in the USA to cover the enormous cost of building the fence, hi-tech equipment, paying for law enforcement, etc.
3. That all the sub-titles in Spanish be removed from American businesses, on boxes of items bought in the store, and additional phone lines to help Spanish-speaking people who do not speak English.
4. That businesses be charged a fine for hiring illegal immigrants and that landlords be charged a fine for renting to illegals.
5. That fast food chains, such as McDonalds, Taco Bell, Taco Tia, be investigated. Most of these chains have only Mexican employees! Why
6. That Senator John McCain come on KTAR and apologize for help to write the immigration bill and most of all for promoting it’s passage. How sad that he fought for the Mexicans and for the Arizona American Citizens who put him in office. We feel that Jon Kyl did not want this bill, but was cohoerced the Edward Kennedy to be on the committee to write this bill!
EASY: Eliminate Anchor Babies. Fine/jail employers. Build/guard the fence. Authorize force. Eliminate ability to obtain identification, purchase property, open bank accounts or loans or enroll children in school. Limit medical care to emergencies then deport/ auction their property. It’s not racist to protect your country/culture. 230 words condensed to 50.
We have to inforce the laws that are on the books. Those that are here are getting “free” care in many cases and our American citizens are paying for it.
No instate tuition should be granted. Why should our grandson, who lives in TX, and wants to go to College here, have to pay out of state tuition as the son of a man that repairs helicopters at Ft. Hood and the grandson of a Retired USArmy Master Sergeant. It isn’t fair!!
They could get a lot of illegals near the churches on Sunday’s. Now the churches have to have Spanish services to accomadate the illegals when our ancestors had to learn English to work here. It isn’t fair to our American citizens.

I would like the media to stop giving us the death count in Iraq and start giving us the deportment count. Weekly would be nice. Let us know how many raids took place and how many illegal aliens are being deported to their home countries. I know this won’t happen - but it would be a good way to keep track of whether or not the government is doing it’s job…..protecting us and our sovereignty.

The Border Patrol submitted a plan. Look it over. They are the ones out there. There plan was very comprehensive and made sense.
The humane process is “Attrition Through Enforcement.” If the U.S. fails to use this common-sense tool, there will eventually be bloody street riots. People will be killed. This is the consequence of the pain caused by displacement of experienced American citizens from their careers by “fresh young (inexpensive) blood” - mostly from third-world nations. This process has already been happening in U.S. science, engineering, and technology fields.
There are millions of American citizens who are living in pain as a consequence of their forced premature obsolescence by greedy employers. I had some free time outside of searching for work while unemployed. I know that I used a variety of citizen activism tools to push for reform within our system during the past month. I made hundreds of phone calls to the U.S. Senate - mostly at night when the calls were free on my phone plan! I was kept informed by such organizations as http://www.NumbersUSA.com and http://www.FAIRus.org
To learn about some sad chapters in American history, please google on the two phrases “Great Depression” and “forced repatriation.” On June 8, 2007, there were 285 links to explore.

Make it illegal to provide UTILITY SERVICE to anyone who cannot provide proof they are here legally or with temporary approved status, granted visas, etc. Water, gas & electricity service companies should also have restrictions to provide service to only legal residences or those in the approved transistion system. This is a way to monitor their visa overstay, and track their whereabouts as well…
Just as companies who hire illegals, utility companies should be fined for knowingly providing utilities to illegals.
I think of it like First Aid. The first thing you must do is STOP THE BLEEDING! This bleeding is the continued influx of illegals into our country, so…SECURE THE BORDERS.
Anchor Babies? If the parents are here illegally, then the baby cannot be a citizen.
Enforcement? Follow the money. Fine businesses who employ illegals and fine housing establishments who rent, lease or sell to illegals. Imprison those who create forged documents for illegals.
Happy Dae.

The punishment for being here illegally should be that you NEVER, EVER get to be a citizen!! Our citizenship is too precious to be giving away! They can be given some sort of legal status, but NEVER citizenship.
I realize Democrats want all the votes, but people who’ve been illegal/criminals should never have that much legislative influence.

I say enforce the current immigration laws and do the following:
1. Shut down the borders and no immigration for 5 years.
2. Deport all illegal’s that commit any and all crimes immediately.
3. Go after the employers and fine them $50,000 for each offense.
4. Change the Constitution - No birthrights unless both parents are legal citizens.
5. A very limited seasonal guess worker program of no more than (100,000) per year for field workers. They must return home and any money that is sent to Mexico is taxed at 6% to cover federal taxes.
This is how you depot 12 million illegal’s in this country!

This HUGE and complex problem doesn’t likely have any SIMPLE or inexpensive solutions. Yet, IF we could get both political parties to stop pandering to this large potential voting block, maybe they could actually sit down and come up with some REAL solutions. How do you stop the pandering?BOTH PARTIES should agree (true bipartisanship) that NO PERSON WHO ENTERS THIS COUNTRY ILLEGALLY will EVER be able to have the full rights of citizenship and will NEVER be able to vote!!! Then, whether we allow them to stay under some circumstances or not - NEITHER PARTY can count on their vote. THEN:
1. Build the fence(s)…real and “virtual”…whatever it takes to close the border as best we can.
2. Repeal the 14th Amendment. Take the “anchor baby” issue away as a means of obtaining “rights”.
3. Limit welfare, health care, and ANY taxpayer-funded benefits to CITIZENS or LEGAL immigrants ONLY.
4. Enforce the existing laws against those who would hire illegals.
5. STOP publishing ANYTHING at any government expense unless it is in English only.
6. STOP ALL foreign language “alternatives” in government, banking, etc. (i.e. press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish, etc.)
7. Impose a special FCC tax on ALL broadcast communication networks that choose (as is their right) to broadcast in anything but English.
8. Impose a special tax on corporations that in any way advertise to, reach out to, (or in other ways encourage those who do not speak english) to discourage making it easier for illegals to survive “in the shadows”.
9. Require ALL immigrants - other than those who are LEGALLY FINANCIALLY DEPENDENT on a legitimate U.S. sponsor, to have a high school education equivalent - OR be able to pass a GED test IN ENGLISH!
10. Make it a felony to fly the flag of ANY foreign country unless it is flown beneath an American flag, or unless the property on which it is flying is legally recognized by the U.S. government as a foreign embassy.
11. Enact legislation that would curtail or outlaw sending of U.S. funds in ANY AMOUNT to ANY foreign country via electronic means (i.e. Western Union), unless it is between legitimate corporations doing business, OR citizens who are acquiring goods that under the supervision and control of the US customs service.
12. Revamp the existing immigration laws and processes to better accomodate those who we WANT to immigrate to this country.
While it may be understandable that desparate people may be willing to do anything to get to this great country…even violate our laws and our sovereignty…that does not justify amnesty, forgiveness, or ANY form of reward for doing so. ONLY those who are willing to immigrate LEGALLY should be accomodated. The rest should be deported, or forced to live “in the shadows”, and SEVERE penalties should be imposed on any individual or organization that assists them.

Build the Fence along the entire border, fine ALL employers who hire them, all landlords who rent to them. Eventually, when they can’t work and can’t rent, they will go home and do it LEGALLY.

I agree with Tammy..we need a package for Texas also..
We need to stop the employers hiring them, stop the landlords from renting to them, stop all government documents being printed to accommodate them, cut off ALL help (unless emergencies of course) - financial and others like our schools bi-linqual. cut off all these free resources they are taking from us and they will have to go home.
ALL illegals stopped for a traffic violation, an accident, arrested for any crimes, DEPORT IMMEDIATELY!!
STOP catering to them!!! It has gotten to where these illegals are more important than the LEGAL U.S. citizen.
Tax ALL funds that leave this country. Billions of OUR U.S. dollars are being sent to Mexico… where is THAT helping OUR economy?
You stop all their free help they are getting, the deportation of millions will take care of itself. No help, no reason to stay.
I’m sure there are a lot of Americans willing to do the same jobs they are doing if they are paid a decent wage for it.

Simple solutions for that. Don’t hire them, they will go home. What’s so hard about this. Were losing this country people. Stop the economic drain. Stop the benifits. We would then have ample money to build six fences. How much money do we supply Mexico each year? Back it off and see how fast we get support from that government. Senator Cronyn said it best:
“Immigration reform ultimately must be about improving our system for legal immigration, not about creating new benefits for illegal aliens.” I heard B Obama raving about how we wouldn’t be allowing our own ancestors in at Ellis Island with all the regulations we’re trying to put into place….the difference is that Ellis was about LEGAL immagration….and this is about the ILLEGALS - why does continue to elude the liberals? Do they just not get it or do they just not listen?
I’m all for LEGAL immigration - as long as they are not going on the public dole and learn to speak the language and assimlate into the the American culture and add to it whatever value they bring…but this is NOT Mexico nor is it Iraq….it is America…and that means something still today…and I’m all about trying to make sure it means something tomorrow for my grandchildren!

The problem originates in Mexico, we need to leave it in Mexico. We need to direct our protests to the Mexican Government. They need to know we are not going to take care of their people any longer. If they will provide educational opportunities to thier people, we can send volunteers to train them in business, high-tech whatever they need. In return they need to seal their northern border and keep their people at home.

ENACT HB 1940. NO MORE ANCHOR BABIES; END UNINTENDED MISINTERPRETATION OF 14TH AMENDMNT., WHICH IS IN COMPLETE VIOLATION OF OUR CONSTITUTION, AS IT IS WRITTEN. CHILDREN OF ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE NOT CITIZENS.

First and foremost, Darrell, I miss your being here in Dallas, but thank God you’re on the web and available for the most beneficial addiction I know!!!
Frankly, there is an issue that, in my humble opinion, supersedes the strengthening of the border by way of fence or drone. That issue is NASCO (North American SuperCorridor Coalition), and the superhighway’s stated purpose will be to bring in goods from China and India, which will be unloaded in a Mexican port and then shipped into the U.S. and Canada using inexpensive Mexican dockworkers and truckers, bypassing and undercutting U.S. Canadian workers. This Mexican truck traffic would not have to stop at border checks until it reaches Kansas City, a so-called inland port, or “SmartPort,” as called for by NASCO and a pact between the United States, Canada, and Mexico called the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP). Can’t you see the angle when U.S. laws are broken? Oh, these trade laws are good for the flow of commerce, for FREE trade. Well, nothing’s free, buddy, and the cost of these laws may be fatal!!!

1. All persons in the US here illegally should be identified as illegals aliens; not illegal immigrants.
2. Enforce the laws related to immagration currently on the books.
3. Hire the necessary border patrol to secure the southern border first; then increase agents to address northern border.
4. Deport all violators of immigration laws to home country; cost of deportation charged to offending country.
5. Change immigration laws such that all children born to non-US citizens can not automatically receive US citizenship.
6. Permit controlled legal immigration based on proper process (now prescribed by our laws) with controlled limits and customs. Proper assimulate into our history, culture, language, etc. as conducted in prior generations.
7. Business and individuals shall be held accountable for hiring of illegals; stiff monetary finds and repeat offenders serve jail time.
8. Ensure the healthiness of entering visitors and legal immagrants to avoid damaging our much admired society of disease free peoples.
Immediately build the fence we were promissed and hire border patrol to enforce the law. Change the current laws so if patients cannot prove they are US CITIZENS and they are in the hospitals or other public facilities looking for free aide or they get pulled over for violations or if they commit crimes, regardless of how minor, immigration can be notified and if they are NOT LEGAL, they immediately get on the next bus back to where they came from. Change the laws so if criminals are incarcerated they are put to work in work camps on farms or in fields. Treat them the same as a US Citizen would be treated if we were in their country. With-hold taxes, fire congress and ship the ACLU to Irac to fight for human rights.
Can this idea of a SuperCorridor get any worse? You betcha.
A funding mechanism for the Trans Texas Corridor (TTC), a monstrous highway running from Laredo, Texas to Oklahoma, will be tolls—tolls not only on the planned superhighways, but on already-existing and PAID-FOR roads that are slated to be transformed into toll roads!
Folks of Texas, and of course other states (HellOklahoma!) you have already paid for roads on which you can drive. Why in the name of Hades would you want to pay ANOTHER toll to drive on that road???

I think we should build a fence, hire more agents and let the national guard take the lead with the border patrol assisting. We do not have to round up 12 million all at once as stated by the proponents of illegals. We need to do away with anchor baby, eliminate the use of other languages on public documents except for emergencies, make English the official language, require that students enrolling in all public schools and universities must have a certified copy of their birth certificate sent from the state or county they were born in the US. This would cut down the homemade ones that I often see in the schools. We then need to enforce the current law.

Here’s my idea: Tell them to go to a post office within the next 6 mos and get an ID card that would let them have TWO YEARS to get their affairs in order to self-deport. Use the information to deport them more quickly if they have committed a crime, etc. If ANY illegal is found without the card after the 6 mos, they are IMMEDIATELY deported without time to prepare. This would be the motivation for signing up for the card. The 2 year period is generous enough to let them save some money, give their employer notice, and to prepare their families psychologically, emotionally, etc. At the end of the two years, they either self-deport and declare this in some way at the border crossing so that it can be documented or they are arrested and deported, period.
Of course, the border MUST be secured and draconian fines should begin against all employers starting at the end of the six months.Once it got around that ANYONE without a card would be deported IMMEDIATELY and that everyone else would have two years before HAVING to return and that NO NEW CARDS would be given after the 6 mo. period except to legal immigrants, I don’t think our border would be violated as much!

The illegal alien problem is much like the illegal drug problem. There is tremendous demand coming from the United States. The most important difference between the two is that curbing the demand for illegal aliens is relatively simple. If an employer is caught employing illegals, they should be hit with a very stiff fine. If there is a second offense, mandatory jail time should be enforced, say 90 days. A third offense should be 1 to 5 years in prison. This will dramatically cut the demand for illegals and they will go home by the millions. Why Hispanic advocacy groups lobby for the mistreatment of this new serf class I will never know. They like to call people that want to defend our border racists but the real racists are the La Razas out there that promote the exploitation of an uneducated group of people that can be manipulated to suit their agenda. If there were 10 million illegal Chinese over here marching in the street, waving Chinese flags and refusing to speak English or assimilate I doubt that the La Razas and the LULACs would be fighting to keep them here.

3) Cut off ALL aid in all forms to illegal aliens in this country (medical, welfare, food, education) immediately
4) Change the law that children born of illegals in this country DO NOT get citizenship
5) Stop all legal immigration into this country for 5-10 years. Visitors to the US will be tracked and deported if they exceed their stay.
6) Stop printing all forms in various languages. ENGLISH is the only acceptable language

1. men/women of appropriate age should serve in the military, currently our young people are dying to protect the USA and the illegals are destroying it.
2. If the United States would put enough industry in Mexico, the people wouldn’t want/need to come here. They are only trying to feed their familys, the same thing everyone would do. Besides Mexico has oil which the US could more than benefit from. It’s a win-win for all. We put industry and everything else all over the world, why not Mexico? Do not give anything free to anyone who does not legally live here, especially school. Bill Mexico (or whatever country) for expenses incurred for legal or medical costs. Do not grant citizenship based on birth (if I had a baby in Mexico, I would certainly not expect it to be a Mexican AND I would expect my insurance company to reimburse the hospital & doctors).
People wouldn’t risk their lives to come here if we didn’t make it so inviting.
Any citizen from another country who serves in our military (which I don’t even understand) should be able to apply for citizenship here after their honorable discharge.
I agree with what has been said, reinforcing the fact that the borders need to be closed, laws followed, and ALL FORMS of aid cut off. If the laws were followed and aid cut off, many illegal aliens would suddenly find their own way home. Our agents need to be pardoned and let out of jail.

Start in stages so that each one can specifically address the multitude of problems facing Americans.
1. Birthright Citizenship - Change the law immediately and bill the parent(s) for the charge of delivery, etc. If they won’t pay, bill the country from which they came for services delivered. Even discount the charge just to cover the cost. If the US can’t collect, then take it out of their aid package. I don’t understand why we as Americans must pay for our kids to be delivered and anyone else here as well. I know billing the home country is tough, but we should at least keep tabs on the bill. Hopefully changing “Birthright Citizenship” laws would discourage others from coming into US just to have their babies.
2. Tighten the borders - They are our borders and putting up a wall to protect our borders is the right of the US. If others will NOT abide by our laws, then we must do something about it.
3. rewrite bill - No Amensty. Reward those that have come here legally and have gone through the process as outlined by law. Send all others back to the country from which they came and have them apply legally. Heavily fine employers and others that hire illegals (day labor sites & house keepers). Give everyone 12 months to comply and find replacement workers that are here legally. English speaking ONLY in all government documents. If we don’t change this soon, we’ll have Chinese, Korean, Japanese, German, Italian, etc. Otherwise we will be discriminting against those as well and be forced to add every conceivable language to all gov’t documents.
Patton said if man could cross over mountains he could get around anything man made. I vote for no fense. You don’t see American running to Mexico in hoards, its not the answer to the problem.
Make it a felony to hire a non US citizen unless they have an H1B visa.
Felons cannot hold office or vote in any city, state or federal election permanently.
Felons have a special notation on their ID (different color) that would put all murders, rapist, child molesters in the same boat making the Felon label as undesirable as being HIV positive.
H1B workers must obey all laws. Willfully violation of a law would automatcally void their Visa and get them exported.
H1B sponsors will sign for financial responsibility. This would require the employer to pay any debt incurred by the H1B and their families to included school, hospital, and other government services at full price.
Offspring of H1B does ot become a citizen. They become a family member of an H1B.
Dual petitions, H1B workers and family members can apply a second petition to change their status without affecting the H1B. They could apply for an E1, financee visa, family visa but it would be placed in the back of the line like any other person wanting citizen ship. Children born with a parent who is not an American automatically is eligiable to file a petition but citizen will not be automatic even for a new born.
The government will provide no additional assistance to any group. That is to say no ESL (english as a second language). No Ebonics, no tagalog, no french, no no no. All government services will be provided fairly in the languange of the land. If they need an interpretor, they need to bring one.
If they are here they have to work or steal. I vote to let them work but they have to be documented and not cause me to pay an extra dime for them being guest workers. As long as your at it the real issue here is Americas biggest problem is “social walfare.” If you wanna eat, get a job at Walmart and be a greeter … “welcome to personal responsibility.”

I’d like to see children born here petition to get their parents legal status. So many of my kids friends are in this situation and it puts their family into a no man’s land.
Make a difference that sends a message. Do it right or don’t try.
Remember the Berlin Wall?!? Why not do that call it the Mexico Wall?!?
Forget the immigration bill. No changes necessary. Build the fence first. From San Diego to Brownsville. Then go after illegals. The problem must be under control before any policy can even think about being effective.
Also, give each citizen one forge-proof Social Security card. Finally, build a real border fence for the entire 2,000 miles now.
1. Most important. Must speak English. Everything in English, no push 1 for English and 2 for Spanish. (You don’t see press 3 for Japan or Chinese or any other language!) stop making so easy for them and maybe they will make their own country a better place!
Dear Darrell,
I’m trying to find the place on your web site, to BLOG about the immigration laws regarding the show you’re doing this morning.
America is know for their generosity and helping third world nations.
If our Mexican brothers are crossing the border because it is so much better here, (and I believe it is) why aren’t we treating Mexico as an impoverished, third world country, and help them make it better there so they won’t be so hot to get over here.
I’ll bet if India or Ethiopia shared a border with us they would look like the enemy and we’d be hunting them down and trying to keep them out.
America is spending millions on keeping illegals out. Maybe we can cure this problem before it starts.
Warmest Regards, Jane
Close the border! Build an impenetrable fence! Construct tent cities to process, fingerprint and retain illegals if needed and then send them home forever! Stop citizenship for babies born on U.S. soil by illegal aliens. Life imprisonment in tent cities for coyotes involved in human smuggling. Enforce penalities on businessess that employ illegals. Create forge-proof national ID cards for all legal U.S. citizens. No tuition or social services for illegals. Never let an illegal go on his/her own recognizance. Put them in tent cities! Let them build their own fence, their own prisions. Stop the free ride before it is too late. Our country is in a downhill tailspin and if illegal immigration is not controlled, it will cease to exist as we know it. Want to help someone, help our own!
#1- 14th ammendment needs to be changed
#2- No Automatic citizenship
#3- Must learn English ( no exceptions)
#4- No more money allotment to Mexico
#5- Mexico should be supplying Health, welfare,
Jobs and anything that we are supplying and taking away from the American people.
#6- Impeach Bush,McCain,Kyl and the rest of our so called
representitives.
Thank You,
June
NO Amnesty
Senator McCain,
The new “Immigration Reform Bill” that you are backing is an attack on our nation’s sovereignty and is a dishonor to our people.
David McNally
Ankarlo,
We should
Build a fence, enforce the existing laws, deport anyone we catch, put a guest worker program in place where it originates in the persons country of origin.
Go home!
Dear Darrell,
America is spending millions on the problem with illegals from Mexico. We are trying to close the barn door after the horses are already out. Let’s stop REACTING, and do something proactive to solve this problem.
America is known for their generosity and helping third world nations.
If our Mexican neighbors are crossing the border because it is so much better here, (and I believe it is) why aren’t we treating Mexico as an impoverished, third world country, and help them make it better THERE, so they won’t be so hot to get over here.
I’ll bet if India or Ethiopia shared a border with us THEY would look like the enemy and we’d be hunting them down and trying to keep them out.
America is spending millions on keeping illegals out. Maybe we can cure this problem before it starts.
Warmest Regards, Jane
I think that any illegal needs to do an automatic military sentence to 3 tours of duty in Iraq or Afganastan. I also think that they should be REQUIRED to speak English. We do not need to make it easy for anyone coming to this country. It is a PRIVILIDGE to be an AMERICAN not a RIGHT for outsiders. FREEDOM (for anything) is not free it does cost alot. No seperation of the language. If you go to another country you are required to know that language or have an interputer. No ONE and I don’t care where you come from should be given a free pass. ENFORCE THE LAWS ALREADY ON THE BOOKS…. SECURE THE BORDER WITH A FENCE!!!!
Stop all tax payer benefits for illegal immigrants. Stop allowing them to be a financial burden on this country.
How long are we to allow mismanagement to go on.
Frustrated in Arizona, Gary
Fire them all! Let’s hold a special vote and get rid of all the politicians and let our citizens decide. Too many of them have their own agendas and could care less what we, the legal citizens of the United States of America, think.
I will not vote for ANY individual who gives this one a thumbs up vote.
I am somewhat sympathetic to the people who cross here illegally but we simply can’t sustain this broken system much longer. How long can we absorb the least educated and lowest skilled people at this rate? Securing the border may never stop the bleeding entirely but lets at least slow it down and give our country a chance. Lets go Senators! America wants this.
I don’t take too kindly of ALL the people that are here as illegal immigrants. Undocumented is just another buzz word for the politicians.
We MUST stop the influx at once.
Either constuct a TALL wall or BUILD another canal with draw bridges at different intervals; the contols MUST be on our side.
If the illegals want to live in MY country; kindly follow the perscribed procedure like my gand parents from Yugoslavia. This AIN’T NO Monopoly game where you collect $200.00. Comprende ???????
A concerned citizen,
Joe K.
#1 Secure the borders. #2 Stop employers from hiring illegal aliens, no work and no welfare and they will start to go home. # 3 For those here legally, English only.
GOD BLESS
THE VERY FACT THAT THESE POEPLE ARE HERE ILLEGALLY SHOULD BE ENOUGH FOR OUR POLITICIANS TO SEE WHO’S SIDE THEY SHOULD BE REPRESENTING. THE ILLEGALS ARE LAUGHING RIGHT IN OUR FACES BECAUSE THEY KNOW OUR LAWS ARE FAVORING THEM MORE AND MORE EVERY DAY THAT GOES BY.WE NEED TO LET OUR POLITICIANS KNOW THERE WILL BE A PRICE TO BE PAID FOR THE SELLOUT OF OUR COUNTRY.
English! Before a Z Visa application, applicant must prove their ability to understand the English language! They must fill out all forms (english only) by themselves, and take a basic verbal test.
If they’re going to be here, they MUST understand the language! None of this “12 year” crap written into the current bill.
#1 Build a wall, electrify it with barb wire if need be.
#2 Enter this country legally as our grandparents and/or great grandparents did.
#3 Speak English only. (in your home speak whatever you choose)
#4 Fingerprint all that come into our country regardless of country of origin as well a photos.
#5 Nail the employers who hire illegals.
#6 Forget amnesty for the free ride of social security, etc.
#7 No more automatic citizenship for children born here of illegals.
#8 Remember the names of the legislators should this bill pass and when they come up for re-election do not vote for them.
#9 No signs or ads or whatever in Spanish, English only it’s our language.
#10 Allow the border guards to do the job they are hired to do.
Darrel,
We need to do the following:
Thank You Ankarlo for doing a great job!!!!
My father served in WW2, I prodely served in Viet Nam and my oldest boy served in the gulf war. I fly an American flag with lights 24/7 in my front yard. Americans. please wake up and smell the coffee. Contact your rep. in DC and tell him, you go or the illegals to go. Wake the f–k up!!
I believe that we have to seal the borders before first even before passing a bill covering what to do with the present illegals. Second citizenship only be granted to babies born in the US with parents that are in this country legally.Last I would like to see a guest worker program but with no road to citizenship and if thier job goes away they must return home no welfare no SS . All guest workers would have to get in line with all other for a visa with everyone else seeking to come to the US ledally
Or we could just inforce the laws we have
Anyone caught here illegally, should be deported immediately–their name then black-listed from being able to apply for citizenship for five years.
Let’s take the money that is marked for the wall, fire all the congressman, and hire some new ones that will do what the majority tell them to do. I figure about $50M should get us what we need. Then maybe they’ll run the country our way.
I would like to add that I am extremely impressed with most of the ideas that have been posted on this site! Put the best of the best together and I do believe we could come up with some great immigration reform!!! I think this is GREAT!
Fred Thompson has my vote - follow the law on the books.
Build a wall to keep out all illegals, terrorists etc.
FIRE POLITICIANS THAT DO NOT FOLLOW THE OATHS AND TAKE AWAY ALL THOSE CHECKS AFTER THEY ARE OUT OF OFFICE. TELL THEM IT IS FOR WHAT THE ILLEGALS HAVE CAUSED IN DAMAGES ETC. TO OUR COUNTRY THAT THEY ALLOWED TO HAPPEN.
GOD BLESS AMERICA
FIRST AND FOREMOST FRED THOMPSON ALSO HAS MY VOTE FOR NOW. BUILD A 50 FOOT HIGH METAL SLICK FENCE WITH A 10 FOOT WIRE OF ELECTRICITY ON TOP. TOUGH IF THEY GET SHOCKED ON THE WAY OVER. NOT MY PROBLEM. THEN, TURN THE TABLES ON MEXICO AND START USING THEIR LAWS FOR ALIENS THAT LIVE THERE WHO CANNOT BUY ANY SORT OF PROPERTY AT ALL. SEE HOW FAST THEY LEAVE. THE ILLEGALS NEED TO CLEAN UP THEIR CORRUPT GOVERNMENT JUST AS WE DO OURS. I WOULD STOP THE PROCESS OF GRANTING CITIZENSHIP TO CHILDREN BORN HERE JUST A LITTLE ACROSS THE BORDER. WE NEED TO GET TOUGH OTHERWISE WE’RE GONNA BE DEAD. THEY LOST THE MEXICAN-AMERICAN WAR AND THE BATTLE OF SAN JACINTO. GET OVER IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE WON AND WE’RE KEEPING IT. ANYONE WHO IS A BLEEDING HEART FOR THEM SEND THEM TO MEXICO OR WHEREVER AS WELL.
THANK YOU,
SARA (TEXAS)
There is a massive demonstration on June 16th at the state capitol. The event starts at 11:00. Go to
www.lframerica.com for details. Lets show our elected officials where Americans stand on the issue!
Fine companies big time. They have taken over whole industries. Construction, landscaping, taxi drivers, and many more which Americans will not only do but have done for generations. Use the laws on the books now, write the presidential canidates and complain to the companyies, CVS, Washington Mutual, Office Depot, Lowes and thousands of others who have the signs in English and Spanish.
If there is no free ride, employers are jailed who hire illegals many will go home on their own.
One other point - required military service for guest workers that become citizens.
No Amnesty.
Enforce existing laws.
Build a fence, with a wall behind it.
Lets start by changing the law that, a child born here becomes an automatic citizen.
A child only becomes a citizen if he/she is born to a legal
US citizen.
PS - Yes Darrell, please put together a similar package for Texas Senators Cornyn and Hutchison. Many thanks and have a great weekend!
NO babies born to illegals should ever be Automatically a citizen…the 14th Amendment was NOT for that…it was to protect the black citizens after the civil war to free the slaves..
Politicians need to WAKE UP before our country is distroyed!!
Checked out the web site www.lframerica.com Everyone should take a look. Please read a sign the petition. Thanks for pointing it out Jimbo. I agree that protecting our border is priorty not just for immigration but for the bad guys that what to kill Americans. Lets not forget them. Secure our borders then work internal on the illegals. When are we going to have our big peaceful rally in Phoenix to show our support for the legal tax paying Americans? Stop letting them push us around.
1. Build a fence, hire more border guards. Southern border first, then northern.
2. Make it easier to legally enter, based on SKILLS. NO chain migration, direct family is allowed with you(kids
First, let any law enforcement officer take into custody for INS any illegal that he/she stops for any reason for deportation. Second, change the citizenship laws so that any child born to an illegal will be illegal also. Children born to legal immigrants will become legal upon parents attaining citizenship.
NO AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS, REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU CALL IT; OUR CITIZENSHIP IS NOT FOR SALE.
IMMEDIATE AMNESTY FOR BORDER PATROL AGENTS PROSECUTED FOR DOING THEIR JOBS.
ENFORCEMENT OF OUR EXISTING IMMIGRATION REGULATIONS AND LAWS, SWIFTLY, FULLY, UNAPOLOGETICALLY.
BORDERS IMMEDIATELY SECURED BY ARMED NATIONAL GUARD, AUTHORIZED TO USE ANY MEANS NECESSARY TO KEEP OUT WOULD-BE TRESPASSERS; WITH FULL IMMUNITY FROM PROSECUTION FOR DOING SO, REMAINING UNLESS AND UNTIL INPENATRABLE BARRIERS ARE FULLY IN PLACE AND FUNCTIONAL, WITH AMPLE BORDER PATROL WHO ARE NOT IN FEAR OF BEING PROSECUTED FOR DOING THEIR JOB.
NO MORE IMMIGRATION OF ANY KIND UNLESS AND UNTIL THE GOVERNING ENTITIES ARE CLEANED UP, CAUGHT UP, AND ABLE TO KEEP UP.
LESS IMMIGRATION OVER-ALL. THERE ARE NO JOBS AMERICANS WON’T DO; WE CANNOT ABSORD THE GLOBAL THIRD WORLD, AND OTHER POPULATION WHO WISH TO COME HERE.
IMMEDIATE END TO ANY TAXPAYER-FUNDED BENEFITS TO ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS - NO EXCEPTIONS.
WITH THAT, YOU HAVE THE METHOD OF ‘ATTRITION THROUGH ENFORCEMENT’, THE VERY PURPOSE OF EXISTING IMMIGRATION REGULATIONS AND LAWS, NOT TO MENTION THE WILL OF “WE THE PEOPLE”.
Lastly, I urge you to keep in touch with Ankarlo.net, but also to visit www.americanpolicy.org, www.fina-nafi.org, www.aaroads.com/high-priority/table.html, and www.jbs.org as soon as you can, maybe even sooner!
ADDITIONALLY, BUILD TENT CITIES, LIKE SHERIFF JOE HAS DONE, AS HOLD-OVER FACILITY DURING DEPORTATION PROCESS; NOT CONDO-STYLE FACILITIES WITH ALL THE AMENITIES.
WAKE UP!!!
THINK!!!
ACT!!!
Or just rollover, punch the snooze, dream, and DIE!!!
Build the fence. We need to put a fear in them to stop them from coming across. For the ones that are already here, we need to stop giving them everything and force them to speak english and to stop flying the Mexican flag!
Change the law on the anchor babies, language and charge them for sending money back to Mexico.
We have made things to easy for them, but it hasnt been easy for the American People.
I think, big brother (the US) should do the same for mexico as it did for Iraq, kick the present government out and give the country back to the people. It would help solve both the immigration problem as well as the drug problem. That country has wonder resources to sustain itself, given the chance.

1) Seal our borders (both)
2) Start Deporting ALL illegal aliens immediately
(if it is 12-20 million, so be it)
3) Cut off ALL aid in all forms to illegal aliens in this country (medical, welfare, food, education) immediately
7) Fine employers who are found to have illegals on the payroll-1 million dollars for each illegal found.
We need to stop kidding ourselves. There IS NO HOMELAND SECURITY without sealing the borders
1. men/women of appropriate age should serve in the military, currently our young people are dying to protect the USA and the illegals are destroying it.
The people work hard and could support their family.
3. This is America, we have 1 flag, 1 language, either respect it and learn it or get out.
4. Babies of illegal aliens should not be an automatic citizen.
5. Leave our social Security alone, if you become a citizen and pay into it, then you can have benefits, but only from your hard work, not those of us that’s spent a life time trying to save.
1) Close border (obvious) 2) Simple entry application for Head of House and family 3) Bkgd check, nominal fee issue yellow pix ID for each member of family w/soc sec good for 2 yrs. 4) At 2 yrs. fill out 2nd part of application w/additional fees for permanent residence. Issue blue pix ID good for 4 yrs to get ready for citizenship. No part 2 go back home. 5) At 4yrs take citzenship test. 6) All steps require, no crime, work, steady residence. 7) Current illegals enter into system at some point based on point system and pay all fees.
Guest worker 30 day visa to find work and employer to sponsor. Issue permit w/soc sec. for 2 yrs. Renewable
Don’t even think about Immigration reform until the we SECURE THE BORDERS! Then how about including a couple of years in the U.S. Military as part of the citizenship process?
Enforce present law.
Benefits and Social Services and Education and Medical for legal citizens only
Turn our attention to the Indian reservations and truly assist the people there before and benefits given to those from across the borders
Vote on whether the citizens of America wish to sponsor citizens from another country
English is the offical national language.
Bill and hold the birth certificate until the bill is paid.(I don’t want to pay for someone else’ folly.
Stop immigration until victory in Iraq
Babies born to illegal alien parents should not automatically become American citizens.
