To tase or not to tase?

Tuesday, September 18, 2007:  A University of Florida student tries to speak/ask questions to Senator John Kerry (before he voted against it).  He in stopped by police and then hit with a taser.  Darrell asks if we are inching closer and closer to a police state.  Senator Hillary Clinton unvieled Hillarycare part 2 yesterday and Michael Tanner from the CATO Institute pops on to explain how this is a bad idea.  In the final hour of the show, U.S. Border Patrol Agent Jesus Rodriguez updates us on their efforts in the Tucson sector.  Also, what’s up with Kathy Griffin’s Emmy’s speech?  Listen below.
