Should Hillary Clinton be in jail?

October 31, 2007

The Peter Paul file:

Peter Paul says both Bill and Hillary Clinton should be in jail. He claims to have proof they broke numerous laws and has a viral video all over the internet backing up those claims. The video is being watched by hundreds of thousands across the U.S. But, no one is talking to him. Except Darrell Ankarlo. Ankarlo grilled Paul on Friday, October 26, 2007 about his dealings with the Clintons, his proof and his fight to bring it all to light. Listen to Darrell’s exclusive interview here,

And read the research here:

First, let me explain who Peter Paul is. He is a lawyer, businessman, fund raiser and felon. He served jail time for cocaine possession and for defrauding the Cuban government back in the 70s and 80s. Paul says Bill and Hillary Clinton are no different than him and they should probably both be in jail. He tells Darrell Ankarlo he has the proof.

After having served his time, Paul intermingled his business dealing with politics. No crime there. In 1998, he formed a company with comic legend Stan Lee called Stan Lee Media. In two short years, the publicly traded company had a market share of $370 million thanks to the internet dot-com boom.

Stan Lee Media was growing and wanted to expand overseas into Asia. Paul wanted to get President Bill Clinton to serve on the company’s board of directors once he leaves office in January 2001. In February 2001, Paul comes in contact with then Democratic National Committee Chairmen Ed Rendell (who is now the Governor of Pennsylvania) and begins donating money to the Senatorial campaign of Hillary Clinton. In June, Paul pays for two Hillary Clinton fundraisers. He does so well he is enlisted to put on a big gala to thank President Bill Clinton for his service and to raise money for his wife. It becomes the biggest event in political history. Cher, Diana Ross, Melissa Etheridge and others perform and over a million dollars are raised. Paul says it cost him $1.6 million of his own money to put on. He was soliticted by friends of the Clintons (Jim Levin, David Rosen and Kelly Craighead) to pay for the fundraiser. Paul says this is a direct violation of Federal Election Law because of the amount of money coming out of his pocket. This is where the trouble starts.

Paul wanted access to President Clinton, so he dropped cash wherever he could. Three days after the Hollywood fundraiser the Washington Post ran an article about Peter Paul’s felony record. The Clintons then deny knowing him and say they will never accept money from him. Over the course of the next couple weeks Paul receives thank you letters from President Clinton and solicitations to pay for more fundraisers. Meanwhile, the Clinton Federal Election Documents don’t list any contributions from Peter Paul. But, they sure as hell took the money. Paul says this is the Clinton version of Watergate and probably the worst case of Federal Election Law fraud in United States History.

Fast forward to 2001. Stan Lee Media is bankrupt. Peter Paul is indicted for SEC violations for manipulating the stock price of Stan Lee Media. Around the same time, he sues the Clintons for fraud and coercion. Paul alledges the Clintons conspired to help destroy Stan Lee Media. He heads to Brazil and starts another business venture. While in Brazil, he gets thrown in jail because of his SEC charges. He remains in jail in Brazil as he fights his extradition to the U.S. Paul’s lawsuit against the Clintons is on hold because of his status. Hillary meanwhile, claims she has no idea who Peter Paul is despite video evidence of her thanking him. Paul’s extradition fight fails and he is brought back to the U.S. He has since pled guilty to security fraud and continues to fight against the Clintons.

This of course is a brief version of the events. For a full timeline read more here. The Washington Post ran an article on October 9, 2005 about the Hollywood Fundraiser that details more about Paul and the other players like Aaron Tonken, David Rosen, and Jim Levin. A few websites are taking Paul’s claims seriously including this one. You can also order the full video, “Hillary Uncensored.” And here is Peter Paul’s website. There is no other way for Darrell to start off today’s show than by celebrating the Boston Red Sox World Series victory with his producer Rob and Arizona’s Morning News anchor Ned Foster. Darrell gets a little taste of Boston!

Over the weekend, Darrell stopped by Pruitt’s furniture to face off with the immigration activists. Other than being almost arrested and watching his wife verbally battle it out with the protesters it was uneventful. New York state is also moving forward with allowing illegal immigrants to get driver’s licenses. The irony there is obvious.

At ten o’clock it is on to politics. The first primary votes will be cast in just over 2 months and the numbers are in. More and more voters in Arizona are registering as “other” and bucking the two-party trend. Ben Smith from Politico.com drops in to explain why.

In the final hour, find out just how easy it is for people to get a fake ID in the United States. Saud Leija joins Darrell. She runs this website and used to deal in fake documents with her family. She has turned a corner though and is co-operating with the government to put some of these criminals away.

In the final part of the show, Darrell reminisces about breakfast cereals from his youth.

October 26, 2007

Today, Ankarlo starts by addressing our local schools. A teacher in Chandler is in trouble for connecting his laptop to an overhead projector because porn images popped up on the screen. The whole class saw them. But, it is his first offense, so should be be fired? The Higley Unified School District is in the news again today as well. The teacher who was filmed doing a cheer in her humanities class has now given out a book that has some parents up in arms. The book is called James Reinvented and is loosely based on The Great Gatsby. In this case, the subjects are still in high school and attend numerous parties throughout the school year. Of course, there is booze and sex at them. Which is why some parents in Higley are upset. Darrell also talks to Dr. James DeHaan about the California Wildfires. The Santiago fire has been now blamed on arson and Dr. DeHaan explains what investigators look for to determine if it is arson. At ten, Darrell brings Peter Paul on the show. Peter says both Bill and Hillary Clinton have broken numerous Federal Election Laws as well as some of their political operatives. Peter also has a documentary detailing these allegations. You can view part of the video in the post above this one. In the final hour, Darrell talks to Chris Farrell from Judicial Watch. Judicial Watch is representing the “36th and Thomas Business Coaltion.” Pruitt’s furniture is part of that group and they are being targeted for a protest Saturday October 27, 2007. Pruitt’s is being targeted because of a crackdown on day laborers camped outside their business. Hence, why Judicial Watch is entering.

October 23, 2007

An 8 year old had to call 9-1-1 on his mother because she went to a restaurant and had a few drinks. Ankarlo plays some of the tape and gets your reaction. What should happen that mother? FM News Talk 92.3 KTAR’s own Jim Cross is reporting live from Southern California near all those wildfires. He joins Darrell with and update. So does Mayor Phil Gordon. Another Phoenix police officer is shot at, but it didn’t make the news. Mayor Gordon wonders if it is because the suspect wasn’t an illegal alien. In the ten o’clock hour, Darrell backs up his theory that Hispanic men stare at women. It’s a cultural thing says Darrell. In the final hour of today’s show Darrell covers a wide variety of topics including Turkey vs. Iraq, Phoenix getting ranked low in the attractive people list and water shortages.

Joe vs. the Alfredo

October 19, 2007

Did you hear what local activist Alfredo Gutierrez said about Sheriff Joe Arpaio? He compared him to Joseph Goebbels, the Nazi Propaganda Minister. You can be Ankarlo reacts. Shouldn’t some names be off limits? Darrell also talks to media writer Howard Kurtz about his new book, Reality Show. Is television news dead? How about newspapers? Kurtz says not quite. Also, Darrell brings you an Election 2008 update which includes the costs of Hillary Clinton and is Rudy Giuliani really a liberal? He says he ran as one in 1996. Darrell has the tape to prove it.

Ellen vs. The Dog Police

October 18, 2007

Poor Ellen. Did you see her crying on her show? She adopted a dog, but “Iggy” didn’t get along with Ellen’s cats. She decided to give the dog away to a family with two little girls. Everything was great until the Dog Rescuers called and took the dog back. It seems they have a policy not allowing anyone other than them to determine which homes are fit to have a dog. The Chairman of the Arizona Republican Party, Randy Pullen, joins Darrell to talk about illegal immigration and a new employer sanctions bill. Darrell also talks to Lyndon Lambord. Mr. Lambord was ex-communicated from the Mormon Church and he explains why. And finally, how about birth control for middle schoolers? It’s happening in Maine…

The D-Backs fans are awake! And they took a beating for throwing water and beer bottles onto the field. They were plastic for crying out loud and Darrell applauds the fans enthusiasm. Al Gore won a Nobel Peace Prize today. Darrell thinks he deserves it. Has he lost it? There was also a big gang bust in the Valley. Darrell talks to Sgt. Tim Mason with the DPS and he gives us the run down. And the Noah Gotbaum 9-1-1 calls have been released. Mr. Gotbaum called several times to check up on his wife and Darrell runs through the audio. Darrell revisits the D-Backs because they still haven’t sold out Game 2 of the NCLS. So Darrell buys 100 tickets and gives them to Phoenix area children. Now, they can all go enjoy the game together. See below…

October 9, 2007

A busy show today.  First of all, the Phoenix police seem to be fighting on their immigration policy.  The Police Law Enforcement Association wants to enforce federal immigration law while the Phoenix police policy leaves that job up the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.  Phoenix Police Chief Jack Harris joins Darrell.  State Rep. Russell Pearce disputes what Harris says and phones in.  Darrell is also joined by Pete Aiello of Uesugi Farms in California.  Aiello contends that if the U.S. shipped all illegal immigrants home he would have no one to pick his crops.  Then the prices would go up due to lack of supply.  Would you pay more for crops if they were picked by legal residents?  A very tricky question…
