The 1980s were the worst decade ever!
October 5, 2007
Friday, October 5, 2007: A busy, busy Ankarlo Mornings. Darrell examines the Carol Ann Gotbaum story. Just what did happen at Sky Harbor Airport. Attorney Peter Friedman joins Darrell. Later, Ankarlo says the 1980’s were the worst decade in the history of the United States…bad music, bad T.V. and bad movies. It’s a good thing Ronald Regan was the President otherwise it would have been hopeless. Olympic Champion Marion Jones has admitted to using steroids and Darrell says strip her of her medals. But, is she different than Barry Bonds? And finally, more and more companies are going towards an e-mail free Friday. Should yours follow suit?
Ohhhh, the hypocracy

Tuesday, October 2, 2007: So Rush Limbaugh says “phony soldiers” on his show and the Democrats go nuts. So does Ankarlo. Speaking of Democrats, Hillary Clinton has floated an idea of giving $5,000 to every child born in America. Then they can use it for college or to buy their first home. Darrell doesn’t think this is the greatest idea ever. The Ankarlo Mornings Players make their debut on the show. They bring you behind the scenes of the Brittney Spears custody hearing. In the final hour, Irving, TX Mayor Herbert Gears joins Darrell. Mayor Gears is actually one of the people doing something about illegal immigration. Hear what he has to say. Also, Isaiah Thomas is found guilty of sexual harrassment.
If you don’t support local teams, go home!

Monday, October 1, 2007: The first day of October finds Darrell very upset at fans who don’t support the local teams. He watched the Cardinals game yesterday was outraged when he saw the large number of Steelers fans in the crowd. Not to mention the people lining up to buy playoff tickets to see the Cubs play the Diamonbacks. Darrell says if you don’t like your local teams, move away. Also, Darrell talks to Pennsylvania State Rep. Daryl Metcalfe. Rep. Metcalfe has been tracking all crimes by illegal immigrants in his state and has compiled a report which you can read here, http://repmetcalfe.com/uploads/Invasion_MetcalfeWEB.pdf. Maybe someone in our state should do this. Darrell also talks about Clarence Thomas on today’s show. He also talks to Phoenix magazine editor Ashlea Deahl. Did the Phoenix magazine cause a man to committ suicide?
