We are less than a month away from both the Iowa caucus and the New Hampshire primaries and the campaigns are bringing out the celebrities. Sen. Barack Obama saw Oprah bring record crowds to events in New Hampshire, Iowa and South Carolina over the weekend. Sen. Hillary Clinton responding by sending her husband to a black church and by brining her daughter out at several campaign stops.
Ankarlo thinks Chelsea has become quite the looker. I think he must have lost his mind simply becuase being Hillary’s daughter excludes her from ever being hot. What do you think? Vote in the Ankarlo poll.
Sorry for the diversion. Back to the campaign trail. The simple question is whether or not Oprah is being racist in supporting Barack Obama. Is she? Federal Judge Neil Wake made a decision on the Arizona Employer Sanctions Law. In nutshell he said the 15 organizations saying the law is unconstitutional are suing the wrong parties. Here is the decision. They were suing the Governor and the Attorney General. Judge Wake the groups should have sued the County Attorneys. So guess, just what the coalition did today. Yes, they sued the County Attorneys.

Today’s Holiday Hero is Kristen Martin. Her husband, Sgt. Thomas Martin serves in the Arizona National Guard in Afghanistan. He has been away from home for 19 months; a long time for Kristen and her four boys to go without their dad. She admits, she is one of the lucky ones because she is able to talk to her husband often. But, still Kristen and her family have made tremendous sacrifices. And though, Sgt. Martin is expected home in February this will, but this will be another Christmas without him. Sgt. How can you say that song does not target Latinos. First of all, I want to appologize for any gramar incorrectnes. Mr. Ankarlo, with all the respect let me tell you that you are a very ignorant about the immigration problems.. the superficial experience that you had comming accross the border does not make you an expert about inligal immigration. I was born in Nogales Mexico and for 15 years I lived the border crossing experience. Every week at school I would have new friends due to their family moving from the southern part of Mexico in seek of a better life. And as they would show up they would dissapear.. Their ultimate goal was and has alway been comming to the staes. Why? well, you complaint that We the Latinos come to invade this nation, that we march on the street with no righ to do so, that we protest for not allowing us to work.. that we protest to get the right to better ourself, well what do you expect? in Our own country we get second clas treatment to a white skin.. an example go down to Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) who gets the benifits of all of the resorts? if you live in Mexico you can never affort to stay there unless you are very well finnancially and that is only about 20% of the population. I know this because when I sued to live in Mexico and we use to go on vaction to the beach We had to camp at the beach and not because we had an RV it was because we could not afford to paid to stay at a hotel close to the beach.. another exaple is Alamos Sonora.. Alamos is a very smal town south in Sonora the population of the town is around 20k there is a seclude area in the town where about 250 foreignes live.. the majority of these families are US Citizens, a small group Canadians.. at night the foreigners take over the town and basically the locals are keep out so they do not distirb the foreigners.. at one point these foreigner requested, actually demanded to have a division in the town so the locals would only come in to their section to work. Fortunally that was revoke yet still the locals are treated as secopn class citizens.. I know that you migh think that this is a good thing because these people bring jobs to those areas.. and I do agree .. nonetheless the money back to the US or Canada because this same people opened bussiness and I am very sure that they are not keeping their money in Mexicans Banks…
The above is only a small way on how we the “peky” latinos provisde for this country.. The immigration not only brought people we brought big investments.. I currently work for a big corporation base in Mexico.. This company has been in the states since the late 70’s and has expanded all over the States.. opening jobs for thousends of people.. nonetheless if you were to walk in to our offices you could never tell that this company is own by Mexicas.. All the main position CEO’s, VP’s etc.. are held by anglos.. and yet we are not providing for the states.. do you have an idea of how many products are imported on yearly bases to the states due to the demand that we the Latinos create.. If you were to kick all of US out.. all of that tax money would be lost because there would be no one to sell to.. and lots of jobs would be lost… I understand why you get upset.. about the latinos life style.. we talk to loud.. We listen to music to loud.. we laugh to loud.. but we also work to hard.. and we just want to enjoy what we have because for so long we were without it.. I have hear about how you grew up.. and I do not understand how you donot simpatize with my people.. I am now a US citizen and I love this country my kids were born here and they feel very proud of their heritage.. but they know that they are US Citezens first and Mexicans second. I want to thank you for exposing and addressing our immigration issues in America. I agree with you 100% on your thoughts about how we need to control our boarders. Laws have been passed and we must protect our country from future terrorism. We must focus our efforts on what we need to do to secure our boarders and prevent illegal border crossing.
Now, I want to address my concerns about your views on the immigrant population (Hispanics) that we already reside here. Every week on your show, you are creating a very hostile environment in our community because you’re constantly telling your listeners “you know there here – so what are you going to do about it?” Every Hispanic/Latino/Chicano (or as you say –“whatever you want to call them”) in this state is now a target because of you. It is obvious that some of your listeners are getting very upset that we have this “colony” (your words) of people here –AND YOU are fueling this fire. Based on face value - there is no distinction between who is legal here and who is not. So if you’re brown, you are a potential illegal immigrant. You and your pal - Sherriff Joe would loose your job if you’d racial profile someone – so you let others do it for you by promoting a public hotline. Have you ever been profiled Mr. Ankarlo? I don’t think so. Why? Because you’re an American? No, it’s because you’re WHITE!
I am a fourth generation Hispanic in this country. My forefathers fought for this country and worked hard to make it a better place. Through their blood, sweat, and tears they have earned the right to live here just like the next (white) guy. Because of their sacrifice, I’ve devoted my life to earn my place in this country – I’ve completed my graduate work and, for a living, I promote education to those who need it most – minority 1st generation students. Why you ask? Because of people like you who want to make sure these illegal aliens (minorities) fail to get an education and fail to get a job in this country. Now, there is a great solution – put these people on the street with no education and no jobs. What do you think they will do? – go back to Mexico?? Publicize your walk from Mexico, read a few articles, and memorize a few statistics to call yourself an expert on Immigration. I wanted to comment regarding two different callers, the gentleman using scripture on tuesdays show, first of all the bible is set upon PRINCIPLES choose this day life or death basically right or wrong and you will reap the consequences of YOUR decsions. So you can’t get here illegally and say we are supposed to do nothing about it… not to mention I believe that the basic bottom line problem with our nation is we are not a people that believe in right and wrong anymore, we make exceptions to everything. We are now a people that will make anything that is contrary to ethics, integrety, and simple morals ok. And YES their are AMERICANS that will do their jobs and better! My dad, my brother, all american citizens worked in cotton gins and farms until the owners figured out that they can hire illegals for less. Also I work in the apartment industry where cleaners are all illegals and they do a horrible job I usually have to go back and clean it myself! And my skin is brown and if I had a platform to speak upon like Ankarlo does I would hound this issue as well because it is not just about illegals it is about principle.

First of all, I did not say they work for me, they are employed by an outside company who the company I work for contracts out so they are getting paid by thier own people and infact get paid decent wages. I write because my family and myself are hard working americans and my father, both grandfathers are war veterens who fought in times past for principle and are sick of watching our nation go down the drain because we will not stand for what is right. Not to mention why is it fair that you get here illegally and our government is giving them free healthcare and other handouts while us law abiding citizens are busting our behinds to do the right thing and get it and pay for it ourselves. As you are no doubt aware, America the Great is quickly becoming America the Gray. The so-called “boomer” generation, comprised of approximately 40 million Americans, will soon reach retirement age.
As they age, America’s boomers yearn for a less frantic pace—and a lifestyle that allows one to pause and smell the roses now and again.
In other words, boomers are looking for the “Good Life” which is supposed to accrue to those who work 45 years, pay ungodly amounts in taxes, raise a family, put children through college, and baby-sit the grandchildren.
Unfortunately, the United States is no longer as hospitable as it once was to graying citizens.
As a result, boomers have decided to move en masse to your beloved Mexico.
Knowing that the Mexican government is a strong proponent of open borders and liberal immigration policies, as least as regards migrations from Mexico to America, boomers anticipate that their needs and wishes will be fully accommodated with minimal interference and bureaucratic hassle.
In plain English, boomers expect to be treated like upscale Mexican citizens, with all the perks and advantages attendant thereto.
Incidentally, we prefer to be called “undocumented boomers.”
President Calderon, I am delighted to announce that 40 million undocumented American boomers are headed to Mexico!

Current plans call for about 500,000 boomers to cross the border into Mexico each month, starting in November of this year.
As with any complex transition, there are several “ground rules” that must be followed in order to make this change seamless for the boomers.
Accordingly, your attention is directed to the following action items:
Mexican sovereignty, borders, and immigration laws are essentially null and void with respect to undocumented boomers. No attempt should be made to enforce said restrictions on these good hearted, formerly hard working Americans.
Undocumented boomers shall receive unlimited education, food, housing, legal assistance, and geriatric care on demand, the cost of which shall be borne solely by Mexican taxpayers.
Mexican hospitals, medical clinics, and emergency rooms shall be obligated to meet the medical needs of all undocumented boomers, without regard to ability to pay.
This obligation shall not be limited or restricted in any way because of any real or projected negative impact on Mexico’s medical systems, including the loss of vital services to Mexican citizens.
Although undocumented boomers shall not be obligated to pay for medical services received, they shall be entitled to send $30-50 billion a year back to the United States with impunity. The Mexican government shall actively facilitate the transfer of such funds to America.
English is the only language used by undocumented boomers; boomers have no desire or obligation to learn Spanish.
America’s historic free speech, free love, and anti-war revolutions originated with activists in the boomer generation.
In keeping with the boomer tradition of aggressive activism, from time to time it may be necessary for millions of boomers to take over the streets of Mexico’s large cities in order to protest proposed new laws when the “rights” of undocumented boomers are in jeopardy.
During such protests, boomers will wave Old Glory and scream “Yes, we can!” and “We are Mexico!” in English, as they protest the rule of law.
All such activities are valid free speech expressions in a thriving Democracy. As a consequence, the Mexican government shall take no action to limit or impede protests by undocumented boomers.
We Americans celebrate the 4th of July to commemorate our independence from Great Britain. Undocumented boomers prefer to conduct business as normal on May 5 and September 16, and to reserve the 4th of July for fireworks, BBQs, and displaying Red, White, and Blue everywhere.
Undocumented boomers shall be licensed to drive without regard to immigration status. All driver instruction and testing materials shall be in English.
Blood relatives of undocumented boomers shall be eligible for the same reduced tuition rates offered to Mexican students in the nation legally. Immersion for the purpose of teaching Spanish is a failed concept and shall not even be attempted.
Undocumented boomers shall be eligible to vote in Mexican elections without any requirement to prove identity.
Grandchildren of undocumented boomers born in Mexico shall be Mexican citizens by virtue of their birth, regardless of the immigration status of their parents and grand parents, and
Undocumented boomers are very sensitive and are easily offended. Therefore, Mexicans shall refrain from using terms like “illegal alien,” “Red Neck,” “Cracker,”or “Gringo” when addressing or discussing boomers.
In closing, Mr. President, let me assure you that undocumented boomers look forward to contributing positively to Mexican society, culture, and financial stability.
In doing so, we will attempt to do for Mexico what 38 million Mexican illegal aliens are currently doing to America!

LOS ANGELES - A biochemist who killed her husband by knocking him out and pouring hydrochloric acid on him was convicted Wednesday of first-degree murder.
A Superior Court jury found Larissa Schuster, 47, of Clovis, guilty of murdering Timothy Schuster with the special circumstance that the murder was committed for financial gain. His half-dissolved body was found a few days after his 2003 death in a barrel that was inside a storage unit that his wife had rented.
Schuster faces a mandatory term of life in prison without parole at sentencing, set for Jan. 16.
