A Tucson Panda Express restaurant where 11 suspected illegal immigrants were arrested during an identification-theft case won’t be prosecuted under Arizona’s new employer-sanctions law, authorities said Wednesday.
Can I ask a simple question? What is the point of having the Arizona Employer Sanctions Law if we aren’t going to enforce it? The point of the law was to hold employers accountable for “knowingly” hiring illegal immigrants. If authorities know Panda Express is hiring unauthorized workers, then why not go after them? Here is more from the story:
The Arizona Department of Public Safety said it won’t be looking into whether Panda Express knowingly hired the illegal workers - which would be a violation of federal and the new state law and could lead to a business losing its license if it knowingly or intentionally hires illegal workers.
We already have proof that they are hiring illegals, but we won’t be looking in any more restaurants. Just to add fuel:
The agency did not refer the case to the Pima County Attorney’s Office or Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said Officer Quentin G. Mehr, a DPS spokesman.

I believe you were, and still are 100 percent correct, and now is the time to stop talking about this subject and let it burn itself out. Look I have two frinds at work who were at one time illegals. I am 100& for Ankarlo and have listened to his cause to bring America back to the America that we felt good about and was proud for our children to live and prosper here.
But the problen is the America many of us see is not that America.

Some other “Guademala ” I think has a murder rate of 12 times that od America.
Insurance companys will not insure furniture if the plane uses air strips near the Mexican borders.

I say we write our Congressmen and get the Quota on nationalities fixed now.

Dan, let me answer your question. What you should say is, Why not MERIT BASED IMMIGRATION. Why not give “CITIZENSHIP” to a 3rd generation mexican american, who just found out that his parents never actually finished their citizenship. OOPS DIDN’T MEAN TO LET THE CAT OUT THE BAG.
Dan, if you have a elderly parent and she just attempted update her MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION and found out that she was purged and now has to take SHERRIF JOE proof of Citizenship test because she or he had a job before they were actually legal age then. NOW HE OR SHE IS BEING CHALLENGED, THUS their 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation MEXICAN / BLACK american so too is being challenged.
The big picture is, you have to recognize which side of the DNA strip you are on, born before 1964 you do not required to get a REAL ID, so your drivers license will be accepted on MA7 13, 2008. IF YOU WERE BORN 1964 you will be ORDERED to get a REAL ID. SO YOU BETTER HAVE MOMMY AND DADDY’S DNA OR BONAFIDE SOCIAL SECURITY CARD OR FORENSIC DNA in order to claim them as your parents. Otherwise your inheirantance goes to the STATE!
