Oh Great Oz Ankarlo, the Great One born in Colo Solo Panama Canal 1936, Coaliation Boat “Prescott Bush” wants the end of affirmative action. No more action in affirmative action cases across america. He wants to limit the affirmative action on who gets a $58,000 Disability check and who doesn’t. It’s isn’t fair to make $405,000 personally and a wife that makes over 6 million dollars a year, and not disclose a “Schedule III Financial Disclosure Statement” like the “other” less fortunate people of the world. Only “Elitist” men and women should not dislose such Affirmative Action statements at the bequest of another.
Affirmative Action is why I get a disability check every month, 12 months out of the year totallying $58,000 american tax payer dollars. Not Euros, but American Money backed by a culture of irresponsibility men and women who are fair and just to all! Fidelity & Trust Bank affirmative action policies is why I got the money I got. It wasn’t because I was an elitist, it was because of affirmative action that I got a 4 million dollar loan above and beyond Federal Election rules because I was being discriminated by Barack Obama and his fundraising ability. Affirmative Action is what gave me the ability to borrower more than the guy next to me. I affirm the action taken because it allowed me to stay in the race! The race for Affirmative Action for me, myself and I the Great John McCain aka Colo Solo Affirmative Action Hero of 1936. Seeing is believing because we live in the AGE OF THE VISUAL, what you see is probably what you won’t get!
EVERYONE IS SPEAKING OF THE FORECLOSURES BUT NO ONE IS ADDRESSING THE PROBLEM OF HOW MANY BANKS AND MRTG CO. HAD SEMINIARS AT THE SENIOR CITIZEN DEVELOPMENTS ENCOURAGING THEM TO INVEST THE EQUITY IN THEIR HOMES. I’ M SURE THEY HAD THEIR TOP SALESMEN CONDUCT THESE SEMINARS. THE INVESTMENTS MIGHT HAVE BEEN SOUND BUT WHEN THEY REFINANCED IT WAS AN ARM LOAN ON HOMES THAT WERE PURCHASED AT A LOWER RATE BUT APPRAISED MUCH HIGHER WHEN THEY WERE REFINANCED. THEY WERE ALSO PROMISED FIXED MRTGS. WITH IN A THREE MONTH PERIOD BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED. THE MORTGAGE COMPANIES WHO ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN AND MADE MONEY OFF THESE PROGRAMS SHOULD NOW GIVE THESE SENIORS THE OPTION OF A FIXED MORTGAGE BECAUSE WITH THE ARM LOANS THE PRINCIPLE ON THESE HOMES ARE ON A HIGHER BASIS AS IS THE MONTHLY MORTGAGE PAYMENTS.
Rita there is a lot of help out there, if you have an Adjustable rate mortgage, you can contact your own mortgage company and they should have a program to restructure your loan. If not, then contact a local credit union or bank who offers the same “streamline mortgage” programs to get you out of an ARM Loan. Regardless of the equity there or gone, you can still “fix” your mortgage at todays market rates, you just may not be able to cash out for other needs or other things. But help is out there, first with your own mortgage company and then with others. The Audacity of Hope is just that, but if you want it, you will get it done!
