RICO funds can educate

The governor has done it. The mayor has done it. The attorney general has also. But, since the county attorney has also done it while sponsoring my book tour—now it’s apparently a big story. We are talking about advertising.
A democrat challenger to Andrew Thomas—needing a boost in the polls since most have no idea who he is, held a press conference this week to complain about KTAR’s acceptance of advertising dollars from Phoenix’s lawyer. Thomas has taken a tough stance on illegal immigration and what the related violent crimes from this issue are doing to Maricopa County. He has routinely bought media time to inform citizens about the related issues (drop houses, violent crime, human smuggling, etc).
One of the responsibilities of a public office is to educate “We The People” about their mission and what we can be doing to help. My new book, Another Man’s Sombrero covers every aspect of the illegal immigration issue fairly. The book is non-partisan and apolitical. Since the message I wrote about is similar to the one the office of the county attorney believes we must hear it made sense for a joint effort. But, because a competing politician turned it into an event people now believe it was a wrong or compromised decision? Does this mean, “We The People” do not want elected officials to educate us on issues? And if we do, what are we comfortable with? Valid questions during an election year for sure.
Now Ankarlo. My issue is that you personally benefitted and you know it. Your book sales have had to increase and it didn’t cost you as much out of your pocket. You cannot tell me with out lying that the mothers of the dead drug overdose teenagers got one penny in their own pocket.
You show today skirted the issue. When I see a spade I call it a spade and you stepped in it big time. You response that you had no clue does not hold water with me. There is no way on earth that you (as intelligent and as savvy to politics as you say you are) were clueless as to the fallout.
Hang your head low man really low.
KTAR and Ankarlo did nothing wronge. HOWEVER–Andy Thomas sure as hell has. You can’t use public money to finance your campaign. That’s what he’s doing. The commercials, the billboards, etc. This guy is using OUR money to facilitate his campaign!!! That’s what I have a problem with. Ankarlo, I’m disappointed you didn’t call him on this when he was on your show. Let public money serve the public good–roads, police, education. Let private money serve to finance our candidates elections. And that goes for both parties.
Oh Great Oz Ankarlo, how can I get Andrew Thomas to sponsor my Immigration Reform proposals. He acted as a Lobbyist on your behalf, how can we lobby him to spend all the RICO funds on Immigration Reform in South Phoenix, West Phoenix. $11,500 can go a long ways towards flyers, pamplets, a couple of press conferences announcing our inititives. We can do it in a book signing capacity. We can write it off as Emergency Supplemental War on Immigrants Spending. We can write it up as a Non-binding HIGH IIMPACT Initiative to divert monies away from this Police State agency for that IIMPACT Attestation of Naturalization going on in the mean Sanctioned Opportunty Streets of Arizona.
It’s not out-of-control spending, we can change Andrew Thomas, stop wastefull spending, secure a better future for the next generation. But we need some of that RICO Lobbyist Money in order to do so. I’m not saying I will vote for him, but I will take the money and list his wants and accomplishes on the International Board of Endearment of immigrants of all 55 nations. How can we get to be paid “Lobbyist” for Andrew Thomas and Sherriff Joe. WE NEED MONEY!
By the way, RICO money can be used to “educate” when it comes to drugs, but not to illegal immigration. There is no specific statute that it is to be used to “educate” in any other place. Any candidate of any party doing otherwise is technically breaking the rules. And even if there was a statute allowing education, it’s disappointing that Ankarlo doesn’t see through Andrew Thomas’ attempt to buy his endorsement. Ankarlo has only been here 7 months, so he doesn’t know Thomas’ history of making a mockery of the first and fourth amendments. Hopefully he’ll take the time to learn more about him before the next election since that office is a stepping stone to the governor’s office.
You can write a book but Rob has to write your take? C’mon.
Public money. Private gain. It’s clear as day. I hope the county attorney likes his shiny new radio station.
The law about coyotes was meant for that, not the undocumented that paid the money. If Thomas is found guilty of a felony, should be held as a co-conspirator and do the time? See you in court. You can get one of the lawyers that Thomas gives outside his department work. You can also get adjoining cells to do your time or maybe be roommates. That would be nice. The RICO’s funds are not to be used to further someone career or personal wealth. This is how the RICO’s funds come to be.

Sue, I believe that the Phx PD have found more drop houses than the Sheriff has in the last year. You are not to use RICO for personal gain and it does not matter that it is an election. Doesn’t there seem to be a conflict of interest here? Thomas uses funds he seizes to pay for a book tour for a radio DJ’s book tour, a DJ for a radio station that gives Thomas and Arpaio regular access to their microphones.
Will they give free-form air time to Thomas’ and Arpaio’s opponents this fall?
Is your personal and business U.S.MAIL being sent to a inspection station in Washington D.C. before it gets to you?
I don’t know about you but my U.S. MAIL has been arriving late lost or interfered with in the last 4 to 5 months. My birthday gift box, that my mother sent me arrived 3 weeks late after I spoke with everyone in the post office up and down the chain of command, they gave me every excuse in the book.
The postal chain of command said: “sometimes the mail gets lost misrouted or else stuck in the machine that processes mail and is torn into pieces”. But they never mention that the government themselves may be inspecting this mail for their own greedy unexplained reasons that is probably 100% legal now since they have been able to tap your phone and movements with the new terrorists law and the help of the cellular companies.
I’ve currently been renting a P.O. Box for over 10 years and I’ve always used to get my mail in a reasonable amount of time and never lost any mail that I know of, but lately boxes and correspondence from my patent attorney have turned up missing late or else totally lost.
Now I don’t want to be a paranoid freak; but, with all this government crackdown on ordinary Mexican / American citizens like my self being labeled a terrorist by the Bush and Phoenix, AZ USA Sheriff Arpaio administration I have a feeling my mail is being stopped inspected scrutinized by this communistic Totalitarian (Totalitarianism (or totalitarian rule) is a concept used to describe political systems where a state regulates nearly every aspect of public and private …

My patent attorney mailed information regarding the status of my pending patent which affects every person on earth including you the person who is reading this.
The information is already 2 weeks late and the post office keeps giving me the same old story.
My attorney always assures me, I will be the second person to know after him on the status of my patent pending application but, it currently looks like big brother wants to be the 2nd to know in order to try to develop a game plan on the intervention and non success plan of stopping a Mexican / American like myself and use our government tax dollars in the efforts to stop a good upright American citizen like myself who positively verbally and physically stands up for the straight and human rights of America and the world.

I have nothing but good intentions of paying on time the owners of this new Live Mobile Video System which is currently patent pending because it will all be automated.
The computer will automatically pay the owner of the system once the Live Mobile Video time is bought over the internet. It is a very simple application and works because I’ve tested it in all 48 states under extreme resistance from local and federal police and even under the communistic Totalitarian trucking companies who have tried to internally shut down my research by leaving me broke and truckles in numerous states away from my home state of Las Vegas, Nevada at the time the research was in progress.
At one time a trucking company left me high and dry in Tennessee and I had to push a shopping cart with my bags in it and only my leather hat and leather jacket to keep me dry from the drizzling rain to a bus station in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Once at the bus station I waited outside next to the front door of the bus station for its daily opening by myself and occasionally accompanied by some local night thieves mixed with and array of singing crickets waiting for the sun to come up and the bus station doors to open then, I had to give up my laptop computer for a bus ticket back to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Big brother works in mysteries way’s when you have a big idea and won’t let go of it!!!!!!!!!!!!
In conclusion of my paranoid perception of the US POST OFFICES failure to retain and deliver my mail on time I would simply assume not in order to make an ass out of you and me. But, under the current extremes of our national and local government that the society Hitler once set up against the Jews is now here but in the form of fags running the show and getting really nasty with our tax dollars and using those tax dollars to prey on people like me who are not fags nor have the desire to live under a fag Hitler, Nazi society which is being formed right under my nose to the point they might have brain washed my own children to call the fag society on their own daddy in a huge attempt to drag me in for questioning or else turn me over to these fag Nazi Hitler Totalitarian heavenly rejects that are currently running the society you, me, and all the straight normal people of normal America live in.
