Repeat Past Mistakes?

Almost 60 percent of the home loans that were modified about a half a year ago were back into default territory as of February. That’s some bad news; it tells you that many of the Americans who took advantage of the financial opportunity still couldn’t see things through. But now we’re getting word from DC that there are fresh signs that President Obama’s $75 billion home mortgage bailouts—the program he announced in Mesa is actually seeing signs of relief to thousands of Valley homeowners who were either in mortgage default or prepared to go there. Financial counselors say for the first time in a long time they are actually showing people programs that will help them stay in their homes. I’m hoping my $75 billion will help a whole bunch of folks stay in their homes and grow their neighborhoods and do well enough that they can repay the taxes used for the program. But what really worries me is that the same offers of home modifications from a half year ago will be seen all over again. Time will tell.

Countrywide is still getting paid on already paid for bankrupt loans. Because they all got paid, while America got slayed.

If my lender files for Bankruptcy before my loan is either transferred or “SOLD” who is my Mortgage Lender now, and where does my mortgage payment go?
If my lender filed Bankruptcy and my loan is now with a Mortgage Service Provider or Morgage Service Provider for that specific Bankrupt Mortgage Company where does my money go? Bankruptcy Trustee? Mortgage Investors? Oh where, oh where does my money go, oh where oh where does it go? Morgan Stanley’s 200 billion dollar GOP Generational Theft by Deception fund.
If Morgan Stanley received 200 billion dollars of Taxpayers monies for all those “toxic assets” why do I still owe my Bankrupt now Mortgage Service Providing company, should that not been a “Charged off debt” on credit. Secured or not! Oh where oh where is my money going on where oh where is it going! Private Foreign Equity Accounts?
If my Equity Line Lender filed Bankruptcy why do I still owe them money if they didn’t have the “EQUITY” to bank their own Equity Lines of Credit?

Investors didn’t have the money to back their own Mortgage backed Securities? Why? Did they take TARP money and those loans are part of the 200 billion dollars already paid to Morgan Stanley that Americans are still attempting to pay in good faith? America needs to wake up and ask the same questions like “Validate my debt” “Validate my Mortgage” Provide me with the Original Mortgage Papers. Because if you can’t validate, you can’t collect!
