Thank you!

December 22, 2009

Today, Ankarlo presented checks and cash worth over $5600 to Teri Frappier.  Teri is Sgt. David Frappier’s wife.  He was on leave from Afghanistan to see his daughter’s sweet 16 when his van was broken into.  All of her birthday presents were stolen.  All of his Christmas presents for their five children were also stolen.

Ankarlo and you were outraged.  You responded.  Thank you for everything you sent.  There was a collection of cash, checks, gift cards and money orders.  It will all help the Frappier family have a much Merrier Christmas.  Sgt. Frappier has returned to Afghanistan.  Before he left, he told us KTAR listeners have restored his Faith in humanity.  From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you.

    Dearest KTAR family and listeners:
Our family cannot begin to find words to thank everyone that stepped forward to help, with prayers and gifts for our family.
Please let everyone know, that as I went through the pictures, cards, letters, money orders, even music, and general well wishes, I thought my heart would burst from all the love I felt, I prayed for EACH of you individually, and as families that you would be blessed for your support of a stranger, not just for a soldier, but for someone in need that you have no knowledge of.
My husband is a wonderful man, and has tried to do right by his country, his family, and his church; just because it is who he is.
He (we) cannot be perfect on this earth, but we have been perfectly blessed by each one of you, that has touched our lives so very much!
Christmas and the New Year, were made unforgettable by you all, please know that YOU made a difference in many lives in 2009, and we pray you will have an abundant 2010!!
    Most Gratefully Yours,
    Teri Frappier and Family

Got something to say?
