   I am Vince Banonis’s nephew. We all feel it was a terrific interview. Thank you so much. My uncle was impressed with how well you prepared for the interview.

   My aunt and uncle lost three of their sons. Steve, Jim and Vince Jr.
   Vince Jr passed away suddenly this past December. The interview helped to pick up his spirits

   It sounds like you’re creating problems yourself by trying to solve this issue instead of looking at why their is a problem in the first place
