Don't worry about Dodgers trading for Jake Peavy. Just look at how they went about shopping him over the summer. They still have the upper hand with him. With the Braves they demanded Hanson or no deal. With the Cubs they wanted to wipe out the Cubs farm system. They Padres aren't stupid. If they are going to move him. They are going to make it worth while. Especially if they are trading within the division. They aren't going to ask for Kemp or Ethier. They are going to ask for Kemp or Ethier AND Kershaw or Billingsly.

However, what you should watch. We should pray the Blue Jays stay in contention for AL East. If they don't. All the GMs say that in this economy they may trade players they otherwise wouldn't. Maybe Roy Halladay is getting to expensive for a .500 team in the AL East. Halladay is BETTER THAN Peavy. Halladay is a consistent 15-20 game winner in a division with the Yankees, Red Sox, and Rays on an average team. Don't worry about Peavy. Worry about Halladay.
