Here’s what went down Thursday on G&A:
* The Suns can’t seem to beat of all teams, the lowly T-Wolves. Amare again struggled guarding the bigger Al Jefferson. Gambo thinks the Suns might look to sign a couple big bodies to help better match-up against the bigger teams. This would take the pressure off STAT. Both G&A agree Amare doesn’t have the bulk or power to match-up with most centers or true power forwards around the league.
* FBR Chairman Tim Lewis checked in to preview next week’s festivities at the TPC of Scottsdale. Even without top-draw Tiger Woods (again), Louis expects monster crowds next week, including the thousands here for the Super Bowl.
* Jose Canseco is at it again. The slugger revealed that Tigers All-Star outfielder Magglio Ordonez asked him to leave him out of his next tell-all book and, in return, Ordonez would help fund Canseco’s upcoming movie. G&A think this is shady and wonder just how much we can believe from Mr. Canseco.
* ESPN NBA insider Tim Legler checked in. Legs discussed the Suns’ rebounding and defensive deficiencies and how no team would ever part with a skilled big man before the trading deadline if the Suns called to inquire.

Jose Conseco is not someone to be trusted. I cant believe people believed him since he was a player you took steroids. It sounds like he is just in this for the money.
