* Late-breaking news in the show. Are the Suns closing in on a deal for Shaq Daddy? The Miami Herald reported Shaq might land in Phoenix for Marcus Banks and Shawn Marion. Gambo HATES the deal and compared it to the D-backs bringing back an aging Randy Johnson last season. Ash thinks Shaq would be a big upgrade to the Suns’ front-court IF he can stay healthy, stay tuned.

* G&A also broke down the Kobe Bryant “Six Degrees of Separation” which just may come full circle with Shaq landing in the Valley.

-Indians minor league pitcher Randy Newsome is selling a percentage of his future earnings for cash now. G&A love this unique opportunity. Gambo relates this to investing in a stock or purchasing a race horse.

* G&A discussed how Bobby Knight will most likely be remembered. What exactly happened to make him resign mid-season at Texas Tech?

* Former Michigan and ASU coach Bill Frieder joined the guys to discuss his close friend “The General” Robert Montgomery Knight. ”Freids” said he and Knight had quite a few battles when he was at Michigan and Knight was coaching Indiana.
