New facts are being discovered in the horrible case of Ashly Duchene, the mom and Hooters waitress who left her toddler to die in a hot car. According to court papers, Duchene has attempted suicide at least once. Does that fact change your feelings about this case? Also, I think it begs the question, why did those who were around this troubled mom not step in and remove baby Ryan from such a dangerous situation? I think anyone who stood idly by while the situation got worse should be jailed along with Duchene!
