Starting out tonight’s Gaydos After Dark, we’ll mark the passing of NBC’s Washington bureau chief Tim Russert. He was a classy guy, who I watched every Sunday on Meet the Press, and you can bet the world of news is going to miss him!

At 7:30, we have an update on the small children found walking on a freeway on-ramp yesterday! Would you believe this is not the first time this has happened with these kids! The dad was too busy boozing to supervise his offspring! And the Mom—she’s still AWOL! Sounds like this neglect could have—and should have—been stopped long before now!

Plus, did one school go way too far to prevent drunk driving? I don’t think so! At 8 o’clock, we’ll tell you about their shattering dramatization.

At 9, we separate the truths from the old wives’ tales of buying gas in yet another “Gaydos Experiment”!

Then, as we spend a few more minutes remembering legendary journalist Tim Russert, we’ll hear a tense on-camera moment between Russert and a powerful political figure.
Ron Paul is officially out of the Republican race (he got the memo a little late) and victims of a plane crash consider eating their fallen captain! At 9:30, these stories and more make up this edition of “Gaydos on the News”!
See you Monday, everybody! 7 to 10, 7 to 10, 7 to 10; that’s how I roll!!!
