I just watched the complete Police Interview… To me the boy is clearly lying. He is basically trying to lie his way out of getting in trouble (when I was 8 I know I did the same thing, I knew what I did was wrong, so I lied so I wouldn’t get in to trouble). That is why his story keeps changing, in my experience when people start lying they tend to forget what lies that they have already told, and thats why the story keeps changing( and YES, this is how I was caught in a lie quite frequently as a young kid, and yes even as young as 8, 5 even)… I noticed also how he tried to blame the “bad” neighbors… that to me clearly says he is a lot smarter than you are giving him credit for being…. I think there is more to this story, and I think the kid is still lying, he did not tell the whole story, to me its obvious. He mentioned how he gets in trouble for lying .. so he probably does it a lot. The kid obviously knows what he did was wrong and thats why he want’s to try and lie his way out of it.(All kids do this!) Lastly he mentions am I going to Juvi? If he know that he may go to juvi he clearly understands why he would have to go there. When I was 8 I new exactly how to lie, I knew right from wrong…. Sometimes I outsmarted my parents when lying and sometimes i didn’t .. I think the notion that someone that is 8 couldn’t have done something this bad, is absurd! what’s even worse is the fact that the kid doesn’t have any remorse, at all… I know he did it, its plain as day… I think this kid has some major psychological issues, why i don’t know. Just my take.

Post the pictures, I think it is important for people to see the devastation caused by weapons. Life is not a video game. Guns don’t kill people, people kill people.

I agree with above stated - there is MUCH more to this than we know. And I do think the pictures should be up. If they were released - then they should be posted. My take anyway. Don’t look if you don’t want to.

Who is Mac to decide who should be allowed to see the pictures you are talking about? You are no better than the listeners, therefore the listeners should be allowed to see the pictures so we can make our own conclusions about this story. We are all Big Boys and Girls Mac. The pictures were released so they should be released and not held for a select few (the Media).

Please people remember this is an 8 year old boy! He is an 8 year old boy who lives in this world in all the chaos and turmoil we as adults allow to be seen by all ages. Whether or not he did it…he is still 8. Yes he is due punishment. Let this be a lesson to everyone whether you have kids or not. Don’t allow the kids to be introduced to adult things. Especially things adults can barely handle. I’m talking about tv, games, videos, movies and especially the internet. Society has desensitize children, teens and adults from murder, death and harm. When are we going to learn to stop!

There is a reason some species eat their young. I cannot believe that this 8 year old boy never showed signs of sick behavior ie. killing animals or torturing them. I think you should show the crime scene photos so that people will see what this child actually di. He needs to be put away for life, not just until he is 18 years old. He is a very sick child, and even though only 8, he needs to be locked away somewhere!

Thats unbelievable that the judge is letting him go home for Thanksgiving!!! I was locked up in juvenile Detention for being a Run-Away and they didn’t allow me to go home for Christmas!!! He’s accused of double murder? and gets to go home for Thanksgiving????!!!!

  8. 8 Anna

Why would this child have any remorse for what he did? Look at what society has done to us. It’s not abnormal to turn on tv and here about someone being murdered and hearing the complete details or how it was done. Heck you can even here how a murder could be done better.
This is to whomever is already convicting the boy (Angel) what if he didn’t really do this crime? Now how is society going to clean up this mess? How are you going to clean up the words that you’ve said along with all the other judges and juries in this world?
What the hell happened to innocent until proven guilty? Especially with an 8 year old little boy!

They need to have an armed sheriff right there to ensure that the “conditions” given by the judge are followed. I don’t think he should be allowed to go home. There is more to the story because WHY haven’t his mother and other family visited him?? Now she interested in having him over for dinner. What are you kidding me? Show me the pictures, I’ve been actively listening to this story since the begining. The video - CNN was wrong to show the kids face. Realistically - it’s life the pictures are “sorry to compare it to it - no worse then CSI or an R-Rated movie”. This kid’s life is ruined either way, at this point it is to what do they do they do now? St John’s is obviously not experienced enough to handle a case of this size; they should bring in more experienced people or they should defer it to a larger juristication that has more experience with major crime. Put the pictures up.

Post up the pictures Gaydos. Mac u cant decide 4 other people. U think that then dont look at them. This kid did IT! It’s pretty obvious & I do agree because kids lie a lot especially at the age. ALLOWING this kid 2 have a couple days out of jail is insane. ClEARLY, this JUDGE doesnt know what the hell he’s doing. Oh my gosh…This boy took 2 lives!!!!????

There is a lot of information that still is not known to the public. Also, HOW can an 8 year old child know and understand what putting someone/something out of their pain by shooting them and what the concequences are??? I think there is more to this story and that we will be surprised by a lot of things once revealed.
About the “Thanksgiving Break”…I don’t agree with that. It gives the mother and son a chance to flee. Yes I understand that he is 8, and from what I have heard, not really clear with what is going on in the court room. But he is accused of murder. We would not be givin the same consideration if it were us.

  12. 12 Chris

I think they should also be concerned that he would run away during his Thanksgiving break OR his mom could potentially take him and run. No one has even mentioned that.

    Re: Anne
speak for your self.. What society has done to us???!!! I see all the same things that you do on TV, video games, internet etc. Im not going around killing people. you should read my post… It was my opinion of the story based on the police interview… I stated that I thought the kid was lying, and I stated that I believe that just because you are 8 years old doesn’t mean that you are somehow oblivious to what is RIGHT AND WRONG. Read my whole post before making false assumptions.

    Re: Kathy

I was introduced to BB guns ( by my responsible parents), at the age of 5, then on to a 22 then a 4-10 Shotgun. plenty of responsible parents decide to do this and they should be able to… The first thing they taught me was never to point at a person, always have the safety on .. and on and on… Actually after the long Do’s and Don’t of having a gun were explained to me, I had a healthy fear of the gun… I know it was serious and I was extremely careful. I grew up on a farm, and yes at 8 I did now what suffering was, and was taught that you shouldn’t allow ANIMALS to suffer, (ex. when a dog has to be be put down, or if cattle are suffering) So i think that yes kids at 8 years old could know that concept… Absolutely! Also, I was NEVER ALLOWED TO EVER TOUCH MY GUN UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AND THE GUN WAS NEVER ACCESSIBLE TO ME (LOCKED GUN CASE) However , I knew better than to EVER try to get any gun without my parents permission, I would have gotten a good spanking for trying to pull anything like that!

  15. 15 Tony D'Addario

Has it come to this in the news media? We don’t know the facts in this case. Yeah, he’s a kid. Was he the shooter, was he molested or beaten by the father or Tim? We are putting this kid to the death chair before we know what really happened. My GOD people, lets wait and see why and if he pulled the trigger before we condemn him. I, my opinion, find it hard to walk around the house with a rifle and waste 2 adults. There is something wrong with this picture. Did mommy visit daddy and shoot them first then tell the bo to shoot them again because his daddy is suffering ( as the boy did say, he didn’t want to see his daddy suffer ). And Mommy told her son never ever say I was here? There are so many things that may have happened. We should be focused on that sweet beautiful girl killed by a Illegal. Thats a case that is more in the spotlight! We have Illegals driving on our streets every day, and why is the local law enforcement using road blocks to find all that drive without insurance and proper I.D. ?? And I will add this to all, don’t shop big this season. The stores take us as fools playing there Christmas music to get you in the mood to spend. Lets teach them a lesson. They could care less about all the people that lost there homes or are just getting by from paycheck to paycheck. If people stick together this season, it may be the best Blessed Christmas you ever had.

I see that you only allow posts that comform to your opinions.
I sent a post yesterday criticizing Gaydos and KTAR and surprise surprise, it is no where to be seen!

  17. 17 gm16sw

I agree with Tony. These people are freaks…Like I stated in my post on Tuesday, this story was released way to pre-mature and trial hearings are starting way too pre-mature. This story is going to fall apart after the holidays and the CSI crews get more info and evidence. Even if this kid did do it, which I still don’t honestly believe, he must have had a motive. I think someone was molesting him. If he says he used to walk around the neighborhood after school until his mother came home, it might have been true and he was afraid to go home for fear of being molested. If that were the case, good for him.
